- Not clean bed spreads, no proper door locks. No clean towels. They left the room open after cleaning
- Staff needs to speed up the check in process. Took us 15-20 mins just to find our reservation and check in a computer at the desk will be helpful. Also the under construction lift was left without any notice its very dangerous.
- There was no A/C and charged more than booking.
