FabHotel De Alphabet II - Nr Ameerpet Metro Station

The breakfast was decent enough and the staff behavior is excellent. The cleanliness of the room and also the room service provided is very good. The rooms are spacious enough and also there is a pent house and a theatre room in this property which are maintained magnificently. Rating : 10/10

The place and rooms were excellent—very close to the city and metro, which made getting around super convenient. I’ll definitely recommend it for family stays and plan to book the same place again on my next visit.

The only concern I had was the check-in time. Since it's only allowed after 12 PM, it can be a bit challenging for travelers like us who usually arrive in Hyderabad early in the morning after an overnight journey. An earlier check-in option would be ideal, especially when traveling with family.

First of all the staff is very polite and very friendly. All the services were upto the expectations.The rooms are very clean and decent enough. This property is well suited for families and also couple friendly.The property is well maintained.

I made a BOOKING.COM reservation at the FabHotel De Alphabet II-Ameerpet for one night, Wed, Feb 19- Thu, Feb 20. I arrived at the Hotel about 30 minutes later, walked over to the Hotel Receptionist/Agent on the Ground floor and showed him my Booking.com reservation. The Hotel Receptionist/Agent then called the property Manager/Owner for instructions, and informed me that the Hotel didn't have the room I reserved. Instead, the Agent shwoeed multiple rooms on the 1st floor. These rooms were not even close to what I reserved. After about 30 minutes of the hotel "tour", the property Manager/Owner asked the Hotel Receptionist/Agent to show me a room on the 4th Floor. In order to stay in that room, I would first have to "cancel" my reservation, and pay INR 2,500 in cash. As it was late at night in a city unfamiliar to me, I paid the Agent in cash. The property Manager/Owner relayed to the Agent that the Hotel would not give me a receipt!!! I did enter my personal information in the Hotel guest log and the Agent did photo copy my US Driver's license. I was escorted to a room on the fourth floor, where I would stay for the night. No keys, nothing. I locked myself up for the night and left the next morning at 5 am. I am a Hilton-Marriott-Hyatt diamond member for the past 30 years, I know the hotel stay process. Is this the kind of property Booking.com partners to does business?! I will wait to hear from Booking.com before I ever use your site.

Highly unprofessional and uncaring attitiude from FAB HOTELS

We reached the hotel at 11: 30 pm as previously informed. The hotel said they had no room, blamed it on Fab Hotels. Our experience with Fab Hotels was dismal. we had to move to another hotel well past midnight. NO MORE FAb Hotels for us.

Great location near the metro. Great room with private bathroom and use of a common kitchen and dining room. Great local vendors too. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are great and spacious, the staff is very helpful and prompt also it's a new property so it's pretty clean anyways, I would recommend this place any one staying near Ameerpet. Also it's an entire flat with three rooms inside and each room has its own bathroom apart from that there is a hall which has a decent dining table for four people and a kitchen too with basic amenities.

Since it's new the kitchen needs more revamp, apart from induction, facilities of a gas stove and vessels apart from plates would be great.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staffs are courteous and helpful very comfortable stay for an attractive rate at a good location, hygienic bathroom. Was a pleasant experience with the courteous staff

The staff was very cooperative and polite and ready to help the room was having a lot of dust and ants were there due to which it triggered allergy and I have to take cetrizine tab. The room was spacious . TV was not there in my room.
