Everything about this hotel was awful

Everything about this hotel was awful. Its a shame that such a property is listed on booking.com. The photographs shown were morphed/ graphic images. The reality was miserable. The reviews were sure manipulated, I would give "-10" if possible. It is a typical Oyo room. Avoid this hotel, else you would regret after seeing it in person.

there wasn't anything that was good....

The room was unclean and had an unpleasant odor. The linens had visible dirty patches. There was no water supply to the bidet and sink tap in the bathroom, and the toilet flush was not functioning. The reception staff were unfriendly and even failed to provide the balance money for the payment. our room was on the 4th floor. The lift goes only to the third floor and we have to carry bags after that. The reception had the clothes of the staff hanging. We selected this hotel because it had a 8.5 rating at Booking.com. We are quite disappointed with the hotel as well and booking.com.
