Akoya Business Hotel, Shamshabad - Near Hyderabad Airport

Fine.

Light is insufficient in the Bathroom. Secondly,no provision for hanging clothes in the cupboard. Approach needs to be developed.

Room was specious

Breakfast, Dinner menu's are very limited and service need ot improve.

Well-situated close to the airport, but is confusing to get to - my taxi driver had to call the front desk for directions. The staff were fantastic!

Could have been a tad cleaner, but for a simple overnight not bad at all. I've been in much worse!

Breakfast was good. Food quality good.Room is big and cleanOverall good facilities

Training of restaurant staff would be good to have a better attitude

Access to hotel is pretty dicey. Location is good, near to Airport and highway.

Il point out and make it simple The room were spacious and niceToilets were elegant and hugeFood was excellentStaffs were politeThe best hotel in shamsabad if ur in a budgetTrust me its the best and looks like a 5 star hotel

The pillows were so huge and we coudnt sleepAnd there is something fishy goin on during breakfastThey dont keep all foods at once in buffaeWe wait and wen we finish eating and wen we wash our hands they keep new foods like roti dosa or vadaFor past 4 days straight i noticed itIts like the staffs dont wana gv us those foods so they jus keep idli and go. The staffs eat those after we leave so tht they dnt hv to make again fr them.Akoya management pls rectify with the staffs.I hope the managemnt finds thatWen we leave and wash our hands they come and keep new foodsIf its one or 2 day i might thnk its normal but past 4 days straight they did it

The room was good in terms of space

The staff was very rudeI asked them before hand only if I want to check in late is it possible that I check out late as wellI checked in like 12-13 hrs late and just extension for 2-3 hours because I did pay the money for 24hrs but the staff at reception was very rude and considering it was 1 am I felt very unsafe at the location as well because of the staff behaviour Breakfast was not provided and the breakfast did not look appealing as well I was ready to pay extra for it but when I looked at the food and the options , I preferred eating outside than in the hotel

Good and very clean for those who need to spend a night or a couple of hours near the airport. Rooms are modern and well equipped.

Doors are thin, everything happening in the corridors can be heard. Sleeping with earplugs helped.

The room was superb clean and very comfortable. Obviously it is a newly constructed hotel and we'll maintained. Good ambient for family stay especially with kids. Close to the heart, the staff was so kind, helpful, and the hospitality way extraordinary. Especially the receptionist, Nama Madhuri, supervisor, property manager, the helper and almost all of them have down to earth behavior and exceptionally help alot. Thumbs up

Nothing to commend bad

New construction. Very clean and spacious.Staff are nice

Although the hotel is very clean spacious and modern the surroundings are very dirty dusty and so contrasting to the quality of the hotel. No decent restaurants close by. There are some options on the highway in close vicinity but are sub par…..

Room was small but beautiful?✨❤

It's not sound proof and outside sounds disturbing so much... But it's okay

The hotel was very clean . The room service was awesome . Staff were Very Cooperative and mam working on reception provided us with best customer service.

Great location for 1 night coming in on a late flight. Helpful staff. Large room. Lovely breakfast. Reasonable price. Very good communication with the hotel after late booking.

It is new and clean

No food options

Good place but no experience and not good quality food

They have learn a lot and food is not good

Good

Frequent Power Cuts.

Location and ambience

Road access is not good

Neat, clean and vast Bathrooms.

Location is ok

Overrated, expensive. Not worth of spending that much money. There are better hotels for that amount

Location near airport

Should provide airport shuttle
