I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfactory experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It was definitely in a decent location and in a safe neighborhood with a pretty decent restaurant right across the street.

It looks nothing like shown on the website, not even close. The only thing similar is perhaps structure. There was only one towel given that was stained. Bedsheets were obviously not clean. One need not be vigilant to notice bugs. The toilet seat was broken. I got two smallest pouches of clinic plus shampoo and that's all. The reason for all that, it was also being used as oyo rooms, for which it was plenty good. I would never recommend any family for sure. If you are a single male, maybe if you can survive bugs. Won't recommend anyways. My worst experience ever.

Good for nothing.

Room are not tidy enough.We saw lot of stain in bedsheets and not comfortable for us. When we came there, have no water in the toilet and we said to the satff and later half an hour later water came. Whole night we didn’t sleep well due to huge noise of concrete mixer from downstairs.We stay there for single night and we check out at 7:30 quickly.Thank you for disgusting experience for us,never forget this.??

Third class hotel with a super third class experience.Non cooperative staff and no basic facilities not dven hot water avaialble and acs not working...worst hotel to stay and need my monry back for this torture.

The room was so shabby, Broken Floors, Used Bed sheets, torn blankets, No network android TV. Breakfast was included in the booking, but initially they refused and later provided from some street vendors. No glass or water was provided. No mirror in the room. Overall it was a horrible experience and Booking.com .should not promote and provide us such accommodations in the future. It will spoil your reputation as well. If you need I can provide the photos of the room and facilities where I got at the hotel. Even after requesting to change the bed sheets and clean the room, they didn't do it.I returned the keys and asked them to do it, when I returned after 5 hrs it was still pending and was asked to sit at the reception to get the job completed. They take the image of my Id card in whatsapp not taking cooy at the machine which is highly irregular, as my Id proof can be misused by any one through social platform. When I demanded to take a photocopy of the same, his copier machine was under repair.In all aspects I felt discomfort and didn't get proper rest both physically and lost peace of mind

Close proximity to the US visa biometric centre.

Little or almost zero basic facilities like water, food, house keeping. Mosquitoes in room. Had to call staff repeatedly to get a mosquito repellent coil.

Location was near to US visa center.

1. Toilet seat cover loose, staff couldn't fix it.2. Too much mosquito, toilet window door not closable, even staff couldn't repair.3. Bed cover and bed spread were dirty.4. No internet in top floor room.5. No breakfast available, we booked room only because breakfast available.6. No good response from staff.7. Room was not clean.8. No table in room, only one chair.9. Cupboard was not clean, having foul smell.

I like only location

The washroom was not cleaned and even room was not specious as per their imges in booking portal.Also, There were too much mosquitoes in the room. Ultimately that room was not worthy as per their rent.I will choose other one in same price if I would visit again. Bed sheet and pillow cover was not clean as there was lots of stains on the bedsheet .

Except this hotel and room all are good. Location is good.Lots of restaurant nearby.Many places are in walkable distance

Nothing good at all. Absolutely disgusting and filthy accommodation

No proper linen, unclean bathrooms, no proper reception and absolutely no support from the reception. Linen is dirty and not washed at all and despite calls to reception to change it , they haven’t changed it at all. There is no value for money at all too. I request booking.com to remove this accommodation from the list in order to save customers from various problems

Absolutely nothing!

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in all my years of travel. This place has multiple property owners and IDs managing each floor. Through booking.com the property is managed by OYO. We had paid 50% advance a month before travelling to guarantee the accommodation availability. When we reached the place, we were informed by the property manager (rude and indifferent) that no rooms were available and it's fully booked out. Then when we had to contact Customer care, Oyo regional manager to sort out the rooms. After making us wait for nearly 3 hours, rooms were finally given our rooms. The rooms themselves were horrible. Unclean bedsheets, used towels, broken faucet. No hot water. Worst of all, there were people (not guests) living there. It felt like I was in a hostel with students making noise throughout the night. It felt very unsafe.I am going to boycott any property that is managed by OYO or any other similar entity. This is completely unacceptable!

The location of the stay was good.

No service provided. No water in the room for drinking. Not even basic toiletries provided. Leakage in shower forced us to take bath while sitting on floor.
