- Does booking.com verify the hotel and it's contact details? I was stranded middle of night in Hyderabad search the hotel. There was no hotel at given google map . Given mobile number going through customer care which never responded. I had booked the hotel based on my experience with booking.com. But I am regretting booking accommodation via booking.com

Good location, staff. Nearby to few restaurants, stores and quick access to cabs.No hassle for extra money etc.
Fixtures like heater, AC, fan are a hit/miss.Worked ok in 2 rooms and not in another.Sheets, bed etc not clean.
The stay was really awesome. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, AC was working perfect. Best part was I could find a parking to park my loaded car.
