When I reached the hotel I was told that they couldn’t accommodate me due to maintenance issues on my floor. The least they could have done was inform me earlier instead of waiting for my arrival. Later when I visited the hotel restaurant I saw that it was packed with guests. A few months later I recommended my husband to also book the same hotel because it looked good on the inside and it was close to the US consulate. He was given a different excuse (power issues)So it’s unclear if they were lying because they found a higher paying customer or they really had maintenance / power issues.

The location, food, staff were great.

There was nothing to not like. It was a good 3-star hotel

Very bad service. Got a broken room in the beginning also at booking they promised breakfast later they charged for the same in the final bill and made us pay

No proper ventilation. Electricity shut down in the night for hours and backup power non functional

Location was right next to the US Embassy where I wanted to go

We reached hotel around 6 pm and was told we don't have booking and our booking was cancelled. We did not get any intimation. They overbooked the hotel. We had to find an other accommodation

Decent hotel. Walkable distance to US consulate. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast at hotel is also good with lot of options.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. But beware of taxi scams while getting to the hotel. They don't let you book uber/ola as drivers keeps canceling and the same drivers ask for more money than the uber app to drop you to any location.

Breakfast enjoyedand the lunch also very good only one remark but no problem to us the flash out mechanism failer and water is going out.

It is located next to the American consulate, so if one has business there, this may be a cheap place for you.

There was no hot water for the duration of my stay, the staff kept saying they had some plumbing issues that was being looked into. Also they were very confused about my booking as i had extended my stay by a day and wanted me to change rooms for that day. The breakfast was unsatisfactory.

The property is very close to US consulate which is very helpful for people who came for US Visa Stamping

Hot water was not working during my stay. Need to call the reception every time to get the hot water.

There was no hot water in the room, and after waiting for half an hour, no one took care of it. After changing rooms, there were blood stains on the sheets. It was obvious that the room had not been tidied up. The disposable utensils in the bathroom were obviously put into boxes and pretended to be unused. The plastic packaging of soap was opened. It was placed in the box. There were traces of rust on the razor and it was not packaged. It also had the beard in its possession, so it was obviously used.

The staff was accommodating. The location was very convinient

AC was never set to 24 degrees C

When we checked in the person said u have only booking for 2 persons please do carry the printout which u had and then he said yes yes 3 perosns but as our system shows two only.. thought it was not another scam!!

Cleanliness was an issue especially outside room... You have to tell them to get it cleaned.Breakfast was average.... No juices in breakfast... You have to ask to refill food items when it's over .. They don't do it proactively

Washroom was not clean.Staff were not friendly.Internet speed sucks.

- No wifi. We had to work but didnt have working wifi at this location. The wifi kept resetting and had no way to work. Worst wifi service.- Room was ok ok but the bedsheets were not comfortable. Had ichy feeling on skin for both of us.- Only provided one bath towel when we couple booked the room. Had to kept asking for extra towel.- food/beverage service to room was separate from hotel and had to pay when they served. We are new and dont have digital payment. Had to pay using cash and wait for change.- Bathroom floor was very slippery and I almost slipped inside.- there are bugs in lobby and in hotel room.- We decided to leave the hotel and went to other one (Sheraton) near-by. Sheraton was expensive but worth it.- Never going to this hotel again and would not recommend this place to others.

Location is very good. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The property has a gymnasium which was a plus. The food at the restaurant had a reasonable choice and was quite good.

Wifi connectivity in the rooms is very poor. Air-Conditioning in the rooms can be better. Not easy to find public transport.
