Neat and clean with good staff

Nothing as such but food inside the restaurant was bit expensive.

The overall experience was mixed. The breakfast was disappointing—the scrambled eggs were cold, the fruit seemed past its best, and the tea and coffee were not the best.I also found it inconvenient that I had to request a new internet voucher every day, rather than receiving access for the full stay. I requested filtered water for my room, but unfortunately, the service never arrived.Additionally, my room was located next to a utility room, which made for very noisy early mornings and disrupted my rest.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was nice. The breakfast was also very good. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and the staff courteous and helpful. We would recommend it if your trip is in this side of Hyderabad.

in my absence my mobile phone was stolen by cleaning staff.... when raised complain no action was taken by management.

It was fairly clean, felt safe and was in a central location that was easily accessible.

Amenities provided in the room were below par. For example, the electrical connection on one side of the room was not working, wifi was poor, and the water in the shower was not warm enough. Further, there was a pipe leakage in the bathroom.

Room cleaning system is not good.. Even if key is deposited, cleaning is not done before noon time.. Lady Receptionist nor friendly to answer any queries..The gents were good..

Courteous staff, quick to respond, helpful with suggestions on the menu and room service. prompt house keeping. exemplary if you have come for work purpose or US consulate related works. i would rate it as good for tourist.

However, the property has too small rooms. The facilities inside the room are not as Hotel but more or like a Guest house or OYO/ AirBnb rooms for just crashing / taking a short nap/ sleep for few hours

The Hotel is located in a quiet surrounding ( residential areas) and the rooms are spacious & clean and well maintained. Some of the Staff could do well with a smile on their faces. They seemed aloof. But The restaurant staff were polite, pleasant and welcoming.

There are no convenience stores/super markets in the proximity(which may not matter to all). The breakfast starts at 08.00 am which is late as some clients need to reach their destination by this time( I needed to reach mine HICC) . hence to get some snacks, tetra pack juices , a super market which i could not locate nearby , becomes important for outsiders. Otherwise everything else is fine.

While my overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, there are a couple of minor aspects that could be improved. The room decor, though clean and comfortable, could benefit from a refresh to make it feel a bit more modern and inviting. Additionally, the breakfast options were decent, but offering a wider variety of dishes, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions, would be a great touch.However, these are just small points in an otherwise excellent stay. The positives certainly outweighed any minor inconveniences, and I would still highly recommend the hotel to others.

It was not as clean as it should be .. the balcony was not cleaned at all tgere were dust everywhere on the furniture in balcony .. the price we pay is equivalent to 3 star hotel but the service was not upto the mark
