It was okay in all respects.

No Temperature control in rooms - AC only ON or OFF. No buttons or switches next to bed, everything near the door. Property really needs to improve facilities to keep up with today's expectations in Hyderabad city, especially at the price they are charging. Also, big room for improvement in Food. Thank you.

for two occupants, single towel was given. Had to remind twice-thrice to get it sent across.

The extended support provided by their staff, especially the chef who made Sheera and Khichdi for my younger daughter as well as the other staff members who have helped my wife (while she was taking care of my daughter) to get her breakfast on the table.

They can increase the food options during breakfast.

The stay was a torture. It’s a 25 years old property. They call it a 3 star hotel and charges are of 3 star but your stay experience won’t be even 1 star hotel’s experience. The toilet is in very poor state. Shower head doesn’t work. The drainage system is very bad. Water leaks out from the shower place to all over the bathroom floor. They have Centralized AC whose temp is centrally controlled. I chose 20 degree but still felt very hot. Please don’t book this hotel and regret later. You can get much better hotel elsewhere.To the hotel management, if you charge premium rates for your service. So make sure the service you provide is up to the charges. Fix the drainage system, shower hands, shower place handles for room 211.

They didn’t give me the room I selected through Booking.com. Then when I complained and threatened to check out then they showed me 3-4 options which were matching with the ones shown on the app. I got another room but was disgusted for not given the room I booked through the app.

staffs r good and helpful location is good.

Average class hotelrestaurant is too expensive unnecessary.Required maintenance washroom require to be maintained in good hygiene.Washroom vents to be kept running like other hotel coz they don't run bathroom are wet all day and it creates mess inside washroom.
