It's a budget hotel you can avoid if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness of a 3+ star hotel. Staff is very respectful and friendly. I got my deposit back as I decided to move to a more premium accommodation.

Stay was comfortable, neat rooms, located in main road, very safe and easy to commute around, loved the food

The location is good, the food is also good. The rooms are well maintained, with daily cleaning and housekeeping. The staff are also good. However, the main problem is wifi, which is getting disconnected every times and not helpful to do any online task. Also the TV is not working in the rooms.

Thanks to Afsana, shez amazing, helped me alot in guiding around city, Pista House food is being served in rooms, food was excellent, rooms were tidy

Spacious rooms, it's above pista house, food was delicious, had nice stay

The attending staff were too insensitive.Do not responded even after calling for 5 times.There was not response even after going to reception for reporting the issues.

THE POSITION OF THE TV IS TERRIBLE, Keeps hitting your head when you move around in the room !!!

Location was ok.BReak fast should have been better. Same Menu repeated every day.

Linen needs to be more cleaner.

Rooms are old, bathroom is smellly, mattress needs to be replaced

Breakfast was average in selection. location if fine. I will not be able to comment as I was there for just one day. Hence I do not no breakfast options available for other days.

The room they allocated first was not in a good shape, cupboards were not clean, no hangers available. bathroom is not up to the mark. There was no locker and when I requested someone just bought a locker. upon my complaint they changed my room but not that great. Although they are offering free WiFi, it was not working at all. Finally I will have to hotspot the Wifi from my phone to use it.

Location is good, Size of the room is good.

Lighting to be imporved, neatness in the toilet to be improved, wifi quality is very poor
