Chappals not available in rooms . It's necessary to provide in every room. No hot water in rooms, some room have geysers, but it's not sufficient.

Such a worst Hotel ever i stayed, No proper hygiene in rooms, smells like dustbin, full of cockroaches, No water in washrooms.. hectic day of living in that hotel. Never recommend to anyone .

Bedsheets were old ,plaster found on the wall .Room service not available as the staff was having weekoff ,no alternatives .

As per the hotel staff, the hotel room was full even tho I paid a partial amount.As per hotel staff online OYO booking cheating customers even they insist already hotel room full but still OYO website allows to book in the same hotel.when I reached out with my kids and old age parents they waited me lot and saying that they will send another hotel since I have booking which is not upto the mark ........

I got fed up with the hotel and OYO website there is no proper collaboration between them what I have noticed

The ac was working

The staff was very rude and annoyed, didn’t speak English, and kept coming up with various problems, making the check-in process very difficult. The room was infested with cockroaches! Please do not stay here!

Staff was cooperative, polite and courteous. Rooms were clean and nice.

Easy check-in out process, staff were very gentle and friendly, rooms were very clean and maintened. Would recommend this hotel.

Bad... Don't opt for this Bugs and Cockroaches

There were bed bugs in the room. While they changed the room immediately the other one had cockroaches and not 1 or 2 but many.Don't opt

i didnt have any breakfast as i work late nights, but the location was perfect as it was away from the main road and good quite place.

the room were dirty, even the towels were wornout and dirty. wish i had taken picture to show you.

Nothing, it was pathetic experience with ixigo, booking.Com, then Oyo finally hotel flagship 77115 vaishnavi palace

I used ixigo app while booking get to know it is getting routes through booking. Com, later found premises is under Oyo. There was no booking amount required per ixigo, and there was no options for 4 adult 2 rooms but anyways booked triple sharing room with breakfast and donner. Later Oyo sent an mail the confirmation will be given on part of full payment only, so did paid full amount as visit was for medical check up. I am on wheel chair but they didn't had it but haing lift so managed somehow. We vacate it next day on 25tg morning only but the premises manager said you have to follow Oyo only so lodged complaint first with them over recorded call, later sent mail to Oyo and ixigo both.. Please tell me who will be OP in my egal case Oyo as they have been paid full amount or ixigo or booking. Com. I am a brain cancer patient and it was nothing more then a panic attack to me. Please discuss with concerns and do update me.

Waste for money

I didn't like the room and checked out on 10th evening itself, it's waste for my moneyBathroom is in worst condition and no light also. They collected early checkin fee of RS 500 too.

Room was spacious.

At the time of booking it was mentioned that Breakfast is complementary, however the hotel people denied to provide breakfast. So breakfast was not provided. Room was not clean. We make them to change the bed sheet, pillow cover after asking for several times. They did not provide towels, soaps. we have made them to provide after asking for several times. There was no proper light in the room. TV was not working. They did not provide shampoo. There was no hanger in the cup board. cupboard was full of cockroaches. Room services was not good. Need to call and asked the same thing couple of times. They did not return the change and took extra from the room fare saying that they do not have change.

You wont get booking room

Please dont book through any application. They wont give you room on app booking. They ask fir 1200 per room.

I didn't like anything

Hi, Horrible hotel stay in my life as of now. Rooms, beds, bathrooms and each and every item in the room including floor are dirty and smelly. Not even a bath mat provided. No hot water in the room (turn on the tap for 10 minutes and let water go but never turned water to hot).Rooms not even 10% match with the pictures shown in the website. I paid 1500 plus rupees for double room per night but not even worth of 500 rupees. Thank you.

Hotel was not at all good to suggest anyone.below are the key points-1.room was not at all clean.2. no wifi but they told that wifi is there.3. out of 3 night 4 days stay they never offered a glass of water.4. AC was not good.5. AC remote also not working.6.door lock is poor.7.bedsheets was not good.8. TV was not working.9. lights were not working in the bathroom.10. washroom comode was broken.11. taps were not good in the bathroom.12. hotel staff was not at all supportive
