Location was great. Off the main street, so it was quiet. The staff is very polite and friendly. They made our stay very memorable. The breakfast had delicious idly, which was enough for me. However both days had more varieties of food. Enough to have a nice homely breakfast to start your day. Mr Gopal, the manager, was very gracious and wonderful in his assistance during our stay. I highly recommend the place. Great value for money.

Breakfast timings were from 8 AM it would be better if timings are shifted to 7:15 or 7:30 for Business Travellers (I was attending a conference so was required to leave by 8:30 and breakfast used to be ready by 8:15. Dinner options were not much.But location was fine, staff good, comfortable stay

Had a pleasant stay at Treebo Sy Inn, Gachibowli. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, making it great for both work and short stays. The rooms are clean and well maintained, breakfast is decent, and the staff is courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is clean and you get calm environment. Staff is very helpful. I really appreciate it.

The only thing which I didn't like is that they dont allow any guest or visitor to your room and you can only meet at reception. Also, if you plan to meet your freinds and hang out together, they dont allow it including consumption of liquor in room. Thats bit weird, if you travel so far and this comes to you, be prepared for it. In the TV you need to have your own subscriptions but can watch youtube free.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. It was neat and clean, with wooden themed rooms. The staff were very helpful, and they have vending machines available 24/7 for snacks and beverages. I highly recommend this hotel. Please note that visitors are not allowed, and all rooms are non-smoking.

It is great value for money. The entrance is steep - so could be a challenge for some people. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place

They will not allow anyone visiting me come to the room !! The entrance to the hotel is quite steep...so will be a problem for people with knee issues

It was a horrible stay experience - they have given stale food for breakfast. No toiletries were given. Room size was too small for the money paid. Definitely would not recommend.

What you see is very different from what is there. They don't have even basic Amenities in washroom

In breakfast, items such as boiled and poached eggs were not available, which are very very basic for a breakfast.

Like - clean, safe place. Close to shop, offices. But inside a lane, hence no traffic noise. Some digging work going on, but my room was on opposite side, so no problemDislike - while there is breakfast small buffet and dinner (no lunch, can order from swiggy, zomato), the quality of food is average. Can fill your stomach.Overall great place for a 3 star hotel. Amazing staff

Location, friendliness of the staff and owner and support staff.

This is a very inexpensive hotel in Gachibowl, near the Hitech City of Hyderabad. The location isn't perfect but it's okay. The room is large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating (however, read the following section for more). The bathroom was the best I've seen in India - however, we had to ask for toilet paper (a common occurrence).

Breakfast is very very weak. There is very little variety and the dining room could be the cafeteria in a (bad) factory. The bread is white and almost a synonym with 100% sugar. The staff was generally nice but some didn't know a word of English and failed to understand even the most basic requests. And when checking out the member of the staff took almost 20 minutes to issue the invoice!We had asked for a twin room and were given a room with a large bed.The programs available on TV were almost 100% Indian productions.

Although I canceled my stay in advance, I gained review access due to a system error on Booking.com. I can't understand why the hotel would accept a reservation but then send a notice stating that it could be canceled due to peak season. I tried to pay using both my Visa and MasterCard, but payment attempts failed six times over two days. I called the provided phone number, but the call was redirected to a voice service, and I couldn't reach anyone. I exhausted all possible methods to resolve this but couldn’t establish normal communication. For three to four days, I received multiple automated calls instructing me to deposit payment. I was told that if I couldn’t pay, my reservation might be canceled. Due to this stress, I ended up canceling the booking. They did not accept Visa/MasterCard payments and insisted on cash or India-specific online payment methods, pressuring me to pay in this way. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I believe Booking.com should penalize hotels like this.
