Hotel Hibiscus Tree-Bachupally

The food in the restaurant is good.

The toilet was not working on the 1st and last day. So we had to use another common toilet which was not convenient.

Everything is fine except the water.available drinking water bottle was smelly. Rusty and dirty water in the tap to take bath. old towels.welcome kit with shampoo, moisturizer, shower gel, soap, comb, brush n paste were adequate.Staff were well behaved and were helpful and the breakfast was good.A tad pricey for the offerings.

Drinking and bathing water could have been better with some ventilation or Air conditioning during the breakfast.

Well located and clean. North Indian cuisine was very good. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Very inconsistent service level. Chinese cuisine was not good at all. There was water leakage through bathroom wall joints. There were mosquitoes in the room, but no mosquito repellent or spray was available. These were not even provided on request.

Nothing to be liked in this hotel, it was my compulsion that i have to stay near Bachupali. The staff did not provide original bill, then removed there GST number and gave the bill. Fraudulent guys

It's not a good hotel and not recommended. don't go by the review score in the booking. It all seems manipulated.not clean , they don't understand business hotel needs etc.

Cot and the bed

The staff was busy meddling with his mobile. I asked him to arrange for a cab but he didn't even bother to arrange one. No proper breakfast, I had to order food through swiggy. The water flow was very meagre and the hot water came only after 8 am.

The bed is so comfortable and the room is so clean. All facilities made available. Shampoo kettle coffee AC TV. So nice.

The hotel's owner and manager were incredibly charming and welcoming. The breakfast was average but satisfying, and the room was clean and tidy. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Noisy guests and poor soundproofing in the rooms caused disturbances. Moreover, the ongoing renovations on the upper floor during the daytime were disruptive. Additionally, communication was challenging as only the manager and owner spoke English.

The staff behaviour was very good especially the receptionist was very professional Also the bed was comfortable

It's convenient to reach to the hotel, staff at reception are welcoming, the room which we stayed was well cleaned and neat, it was comfortable. My stay went with ease.

Room quality was great, pitch perfect, nice decor, clean and very spacious.Overall, I had a great experience with hotel hibiscus tree; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.
