Treebo Destination Inn

Never got a chance to eat the breakfast but ended up paying for it.

Staff was very unfriendly and not professional. Even basic things would not get done (wifi, towels, water bottles, cleaning) unless we asked for them multiple times. The hotel has a tacky look and not a good value for money.

The Bed linen and all was stained and the bed was covered with hair. When informed the same they said they can’t do anything !! The room is all worn out , with rusted dustbins and fixtures, torn linen, just wanted to get of the place, hence did an early checkout skipping the breakfast!

Sounds of animals and birds in the first floor are so noisy and annoyingThey offer inly one bottle of water and if i need second one should i pay for it

Room and location is good.

A/C was turning on and off 3 Time's.Washroom was smelling badly.Staff is 2floor away.No sufficient cooling at reception areas.Breakfast location is at basement location when no good ventilation.At breakfast area cockroaches found so hygiene is bad.

Room is big and a nice big bed.very spacious room with plenty of storage space

No towel rail and clothes hooks in the bathroom. Bathroom accessories like toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit etc should be supplied and we shouldn't have to ask for it. Most important: There's no mini bar or fridge. I a city like Hyderabad where summer temperatures are above 40°C and winter temperatures in tge 30s, we need access to cold water, s I ft drinks ,ice cream.Also to st I re kids milk and food. The hotel should not be allowed to be called a 3 star hotel...Quality of bed linen, pillows and towels need to be better.

Nothing works!! No hot water for 2 days, no towels despite multiple requests, TV & wifi working only intermittently, staff unhelpful & not customer focused

The ambience and the location of the hotel was very good. Market is accessible and particularly the road view of the room was nice. Room service was good too. But the rates of the room seems little high.

The staff is warm and courteous. Location is great and well connected to major site seeing places.

Breakfast is served at the basement in small room which is not hygienic and full of mosquito bites

Conveniently located near Panjagutta metro station, the rooms are neat and clean.

The breakfast menu can be improved

One standout feature was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from continental to local cuisine, all of which were delicious. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and the food was exceptional.

It’s worth the money paid. Nothing less. Nothing more for a business travel.

Service. The boy forgot our order. Had to remind him after an hour.

Hygienic & well maintained rooms with all basic amenities.Service was remarkable!!!

I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids. They didn't give bed for kids, they had to sleep on floor. They didn't allow me to stay for a little longer (I was ready to pay extra) as I had my train in the evening. I was forced to checkout in the afternoon. Free breakfast was below average, there was nothing to watch on TV (OTT subscriptions were not there as advertised). Location sharing (to book cabs) was very inaccurate.

It is very conveniently located bang on the Banjara hills main road. The hotel is extremely reasonable for the value it offers with courteous staff.

Washroom could be slightly bigger.

not even coffee was supplied to the room in the morning. you have to go to the cellar to drink coffee.
