Super Townhouse Rcc Pride

I had a great stay staff was very polite and you will get everything you need.Hotel also in a good location. You can do the lot of shopping and all...I prefer to choose this place on my next visit....?Thank you RCC for your service....????

Rooms are clean & friendly staff and hotel in good location.

There is nothing good about this place. Total scam

This is definitely not a 9.4 rated hotel. I will rate this 2.0. No cleanliness. Breakfast included is a joke as they order it from outside and not worth the money, classic triple occupancy barely fits 2. Photos are totally deceiving. I am a world traveler and can’t believe I fell for their scam

Got the reservation before 1 month, upon arriving there they did not accept me as they only accept local residents not for foreiners

NICE STAY AND VALUE OF MONEY

Ramakant, Vinay and one more front desk staff were extremely helpful. Many Thanks to them.

Bedcovers need to be cleaner and spotless. Laundry of the bedcovers should be of high quality.

HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE

We have booked a double room for 5 days They have allotted room on the terrace which have open space. One day when we reached the room around 9:00 pm. The owner of the property (as mentioned by the reception staff) was celebrating with other eight people and they were drinking. To enter the room we have to pass through the place where they were sitting and drinking. I have asked the reception staff about this then they told that, the owner of the property is there so they cannot do anything. It was most insecure for any family. They continued their party till 12:30 in midnight. When I again asked the reception staff about this, the person told that “ why are you worrying, nothing happed na” “If any thing hapnd then you can ask us” These are the replies I got from the staff. Only first day of my stay they provided the water bottles and rest three days not. When I have questioned the reception staff he said they will give only two bottles for entire stay.(he lied) and then I spoke to manager and he provided water bottles for the remaining days. TERRIBLE AND MOST INSECURE FOR FAMILY But at the entrance they kept notice which is mentioning NO DRINKING AND BIDITIRS ARE ALLOWEDThey I have asked them again by showing that notice, they said that that is only for guests.
