Nivara stays

The rooms are cozy and silent. The bed was comfy. Very clean. Overall very good experience.

A tea/coffee making electric kettle in the room would have been wonderful.

The simplicity of the entire scheme of things. Ideal for short business trips, particularly if travelling alone. No excess furniture or fixtures but just enough. Would definitely come back.

The height of pendant lights in the bathroom - hitting the head.Watchman asked for favours within seconds.

The rooms are clean, and all have good light. The bathrooms are very clean, even though if you turn in the shower water does get onto everything. There is a hairdryer in the room. It feels very nice even though the rooms are tiny. The staff are all super helpful. I have stayed here thrice now, and will probably do so again, because the beds are fantastic. And the cleaning crew really do a great job.

The switches are all on the wall near the door, so if you have gotten into bed, and are using the reading light, you still need to get out of bed to turn them off. It is not a big problem in the grand scheme of things. I do not love that there is no common area where one can eat, which means you are always getting crumbs everywhere, and the table while space saving is rather small.

Clean roomFriendly staff. Helped us out with difficult Uber drivers Rooms exactly as in the pictures Plenty of ambeties Coffee machine. Coffee wasnt great, but it was caffeine, hahaWalking distance from the mallOn call cleaning service

Nothing really

Decor, ambience, lighting, and the facilities were excellent. The room has a very calm vibe and I had a peaceful sleep.

There were hairs on the bed sheets and also on the floor, cleaning could be improved.

I usually don’t write about the properties I visit, but this one deserves all the appreciation. This property is truly fantastic and cozy and I must say, it’s worth the every single penny. The Amenities, Staff service, Entire room and the Bathrooms were very well. I’m definitely gonna stay here for my every visit in Hyderabad.

The location is more beneficial, it's near the residential area and easy access to the main road by 5min walk there are a lot of breakfast options around the main road. Room is minimal and clean and the car parking facility is an added advantage.try to check their penthouse also

I had an excellent experience at this property. The service was top-notch, and the place was very neatly and professionally maintained. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, with shopping malls just a stone's throw away and plenty of food options available nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

The interiors were beautiful and modern. You would forget that this is a budget property. 1 minute walking distance from Nexus mall so extremely convenient for Shopping, Food, Salon etc. Mattress, comforter, pillow and AC were of the best quality. So got good sleep in the room. There are no good quality hygienic budget hotels in the Kukatpally area, so SuLa stays starting in this area has been very helpful for both family and for work travellers.

Nothing to complain about. Fully satisfied with the overall experience.

A good property. Well located but in a quiet locality with ease of access of communications markets and restaurants. Courteous Staff. Housekeeping excellent. Cosy and comfortable in naturally well lit rooms. Facility of Hair Dryer and Iron and self wash by dry automatic spin dry machine with timer.

Would love to have a tea beverages and coffee dispensation with biscuits so as not to order on line.
