Hotel La Premier

Manager Laxmikanth is very good human being and very helpful..staff are equally corporative..neat and clean room n toilet..Stayed in Hyderabad for 8 days and it was a fantastic stay..

All good..

Location, staff and facilities.

Check-in time was minimal. Rooms were Clean.

Roads reaching to the property not so great. Property has no control over municipal works, but walking around is not so great.

Nearness to Hitech city

Manual lift (Shutter doors). Passengers keep banging it hard. Rooms near to the lift (X01, X08) is a pain because throughout the night people keep using it disturbing the sleep.

It was cleanly maintained. Pics of the hotel are deceptive. A bad odour in bathroom. AC water was leaking thoughout the night. Ended up puddle of water in the morning. Staffs were ok.

Check-in/ Check-out was quick. Staff is welcoming at the reception.

1. Hot water flow is an issue. Some days you get and some days its mild.2. Room near Shutter lift is very noisy. Other customers/ staff keep banging it hard (round the clock). Its music as well.

Nearness to work location.

Food is spicy. Maybe that's the way it is in Hyderabad.No individual geyser, but Hot water is available (comes after a couple of buckets is wasted).

Staff is very friendly and place is neat and clean. They even gave me an early check-in ..

Nothing to not like about this place

Couple of options with breakfast available. Decent enough for the day to begin with..

A shutter lift that makes noise all the time as people keep banging it hard. Room on any floor close to the lift will be very noise and breaks your deep sleep.

Location is good.Breakfast has couple of choices.Bed and bathroom are clean.Network is decent - can be improved.

Hot water is an issue in this facility. People who manage don't acknowledge the problem. There is no geyser per room. Probably one large overhead boiler which serves the entire facility.Bathroom would smell at all times from its drainage. Corporation issue and probably nothing to do with facility.

Size of the room

1. Lack of hot water in bathroom is a concern. There is no geyser (so that you can use when required) and probably a common boiler serving the entire property. This feedback (on hot water) is consistently given in last 3 stays at this property. 2. Car parking area can be maintained better.

1. Size of room was good enough.2. Breakfast menu was decent with a couple of options. Okay for the morning...

1. Hot water was an issue (morning and evening). You need to waste a lot of water (at least 4~5 buckets to get some mild warm water).

The staff was really nice, the location was amazing, near Hi-tech City. And most importantly the room, it was a little small but amazing room, very comfortable bed and great lights, and amazing facilities in the room. Had TV with Netflix also, they also given Kettle to make your own tea with the packets. In this prize it was one of the best I think.

There's wasn't any water supply had to buy water bottle from the hotel. It would be better if they had Aro or smth there only.

Everything was excellent, location,staff, good and amenities.

Rooms were neat except a spitting mark.

Toiletries were of low Quality. No breakfast despite charging 3800 per day. Staff was not so friendly. While checking out it took lot of time as I was asking to add the address.

Room size, amenities, cleanliness, food.

Even after paying around 3000 you don't get complimentary breakfast.

Overall experience is good but they need to keep more options for brkfast.. both 2 days were same brkfast and no non veg option only Boiled eggs was part brkfast… Ordered food was good but they should have delivered on time .. both the times I gave them reminder for delivery..

Bad

Staff, especially the manger and room. lot of sounds includes drilling sound. Manager was rude

there are few points where authority needs to check for better quality. 1. When passengers checked in on spot you can't charge full fare it happens always the check out time. 2. No water service in a hotel how can it be justify, there are lot of people, for everyone not possible to pay water bottle , 3. No staffs were assigned to reach me at 4th floor with bag in the time of check in, why ?4. most important thing owner should be aware about Front Desk system, I was visited from West Bengal, I knw Bengali is not possible everywhere but English language we can expect, but in this hotel no proper communication I got every time they used local language this is really unacceptable. 5. Lastly, the room size too short to stay with family, you are taking enough fare.

The only thing i liked was the room cleanliness.

Breakfast would have been better in terms of taste. Everyday it was the same breakfast at least they need to change the menu daily. Sambar was too sweet which we could not have it. Room service was slow that needs to improve. Rooms are too small, bathroom should have shampoo holders. No proper hot water.
