Terrible Stay – Would Not RecommendThe room was extremely disappointing from the moment I walked in. It was poorly cleaned, with visible dust, stained linens, and an unpleasant smell that never went away. The furniture was old and damaged, the walls were thin, and I could hear noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was the worst part—low water pressure, mold around the shower, and toiletries that were barely usable. Overall, the room felt neglected and not worth the price at all. I would not stay here again.

The cupboards were in bad shape. Unclean and low quality. The room was too small. The extra mattress and beddings given were not very clean.

I liked the location

The receptionist has charged me an extra amount than what was shown in beforehand while making the booking. I asked him why? They said if I don't like it, cancel it and go somewhere. I didn't like that 1 bit and hope the issue will be escalated with the relevant departments.

Only positive about this stay is the location

Booking mentioned two double beds to accommodate 3 people however there was only one bed and an additional mattress was provided. The room was not clean. No hot water in the morning

Bed bugs, no working AC, mattress are not comfortable and joined together to make one... No breakfast no tea and coffee

Breakfast was mentioned in my booking and when we went there no breakfast was offered and said we stopped breakfast services, if it was stopped then why booking.com showed options with breakfast?
