Since hotel management didn't allow us to check in since we have local ID. I can't say about good things.

Hotel management refused us to check in since we have a local ID. We are disappointed with the hotel management policy and stayed in another hotel.

The rooms were clean and the hotel is very close to the railway station.

The breakfast was not very hygienic.

bathroom is not at all clean.. bucket and mug etc is so dirty and it not usable at all... floor also not clean.

Well nothing good about this property. I stayed only for a few hours, instead of two nights in this property. I would not have stayed even for a few hours, it was only because I arrived at 4 am in the morning and had no choice. Worst I had to wake up the reception staff to allot me the room. He gave me a room which was smelling and not at all clean. Pathetic hotel would be the right word. I have written to Booking.com to refund me the one night stay which was cancelled.

They changed to other room as the once initially Assigned not clean and window glass was broken I can took the breakfast in my own room as I was not well otherwise it’s not allowed

Nothing much , may be if initially assigned to proper room will reduce hassle of shifting from one room to another

Prime locality. It is very easy to commute to other places. On the main road, with all kinds of shops nearby. Good location.

Since it was a prime location. Night sleep was slightly disturbing due to the vehicle traffic noise. It goes upto midnight. Otherwise all ok

Breakfast was really good with good variety and tasty food, location is very near to Hyderabad decan railway station as well as to tourist spots.located in good locality on abids road, staff is very helpful too, imroz khan on the reception was very polite and helpful

Receptionist should be polite and helpful we travel whole night from Bangalore to Hyderabad just checking in n took some nap he was calling for extra money should be pay now we were booked 2 night just started journey he was not letting me to take rest someone good behaviour he should learn

Not a great experience.

1. The check in at the reception was very poor. I have stayed at a treebo hotel in the past but this wasn't a great experience.2. I paid 50% during the booking and during the check in I had to pay the other 50%. I haven't experienced this with any other hotel.3. Check out day I had to pay for water, the reason given to me is that water is not complimentary on the check out day. Really!!! 4. The entry to the hotel is terrible.Treebo either you change the property or get your game right.

Rain Waster coming inside the room through the windows.Complete lobby was water logged.Underground parking slope was too sharp normal experience driver can’t get the car out from this parking and very less space for parking

Staff was good and supportive. Room was clean and specius.

Breakfast was not good at all as per the money we paid. It was not motivating even go and eat. We only had one time breakfast in four days stay.

Excellent Location. Nice spacious room for 1 person. Supportive Staff. Breakfast is tasty and It's very reasonable for the room rate.

I had to ask the staff to clean the room. They did it very well. You can get done anything with the staff, they are friendly and supportive. It's the time to get new bed linens. Linens are clean but need to change for new.

It was city centre and over all it was good stay

Not clean, looks like they left room for last 1-2months with out clean, bed comfort was good but justy.
