Location is not as expected.Room - Door lock was not working. Felt unsafe.Toilet was dirty.Remote of AC was provided after we requested.No drinking water was provided.

Mainly Toilet was not cleanFloor mat and chair was very dirty

Not worth the money

The toilet flush wasn't working, the light wasn't working, and the support service wasn't helpful. The list is lengthy, and there is no water in the restroom in the morning. This place isn't worth the money, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I had one room to stay thats it

Less facilities, Broken toilet sheets, wifi service was down when it was highly needed, staff was not much cooperative for initial 2 to 3 days

The guy at the counter had the audacity to take my phone and give full star rating to the property, I gave the phone to him thinking he had to check something regarding the booking during checkout. Not clean, water issues, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

MOST UNPLEASANT STAY.

Everything!!!! Pathetic service and staff. Staff isn't available at any time of the day and the services won't be provided to you even after 10 calls!! Even the drinking water was chargeable...atleast 1st two bottles should have been free. Had to change room because the tv was broken, bed and bathroom was dirty..even the flush wasn't working. In the new room also the flush wasn't in working condition.

Last min Booking was helpful.

Room was dirty, no pillows ( only 1 pillow provided without pillow cover) no soap, no towels, no food. Very poor service. Bad experience. I need refund.

The hotel manager refused to give a bill for our stay and we are not able to refund the amount. We even payed Rs 1300 for a late check-out at 6pm . When asked the bill they gave the registration form. When insisted they gave a number of oyo manager but he again denied told us to contact booking.com to get the bill.

Probably the fact that it was affordable and in good location. That’s it.

The room was clumsy, the walls had stains on it. To add, the staff didn’t even bother to help with anything and were very impolite. Wouldn’t recommend this!

Don’t like at all

It was horrible. We went for our visa interview, stayed for one night. All the pillows , bedding and blankets are very dirty, stain in pillows , blood stain in blanket, and lots of stain in bed sheet. Along with that room not clean and lots of used condoms pouch are scatter in the room. I contact with manager he told they don’t have any extra clean bed sheets or blankets. AC remote not working. It very unsafe. They don’t have any option for card payment. Thay are not giving any recipe or bill for payment. Its west of my money. We just stay for night with out seeping and check out very early. Please remove this hotel from booking.com list

Very bad service , room not clean, cigarette stains im bed , bed bugs and tigs all over bed , couldn't sleep even for an hour in the room . Requested them to clean the room no one came until 1.5 hrs even after I kept calling them.

Everything about this hotel is very poor, service and amenities are very bad , never going to this hotel and also tell my fellow traveller's not to book rooms here . Just pathetic .

In the app the amount shown is different but at the reception they charged more, after discussing with the Oyo customer support also issue didn't solve, I paid the amount what the hotel reception asked

I didn't like anything about the property

The behaviour of the hotel staff was not at all good. The electric appliances didn't work properly there was a malfunction in the toilet the geyser was not working tv was not working although we booked with the breakfast included option still we didn't get out breakfast and our money is still not refunded. The quality of the wifi is way too poor. They made us wait in the lobby for a lot of time during checking. They don't behave well with the guests

They asked for money in cash and asked to cancel the booking. Room was not ready and they made it ready only after charging me in cash

It’s an OYO property and they take cash only on the hotel.

Worst service ever from the hotel guy where he's asking us to take our room keys and gave room where geyser don't work and hot water was not available told us to get changed in another room which is in 6th floor such a irresponsible guy. Blankets were so dirty people who are coming mainly for visa purpose please avoid if possible.
