Small clean value for money and good amenities

Room was too small not as mentioned while booking, also no BF paid almost 3k per day for 7 days. Was not worth.

It should barely be called a 2 star as accommodation is bare minimum in room..the cost is ridiculously high like a 4 star...should not be more than 1500. Everything about them is basic...bedsheets stained, switches shaking, aircon making noise, dusty rooms, shower also not good, hot water on 1st day was not available...i can go on and on..hygiene one had to be careful.They threatened me of cancelling my booking if i did not come by 11am although it was assured by booking.com as my card is registered with booking.com. on flip side they said room will be given at 12....how does that work? Ofcourse they gave me room at 11 as it was available but how can they threatened like this? Also checkout they said 10am...another unique thing as breakfast is till 10.30...i had to force them that i will checkout at 11.00 Staff was reasonable but rules was ridiculous

Don't understand why this hotel is listed on Booking.. This hotel is not suitable for non local... Dirty, noisy, not professional Horrible stay

The staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean and the location very accessible.

Nice common area and spacious greenery area. Nice cafe on the ground floor. The room was clean and I liked the light switch just next to your bed so that you don't need to turn off the light far from your bed. Enough hot water and pressure.

Breakfast buffet was rather simple. No toilet papers and face towel. It took sometime to check-in although they asked well in advance at what time I will check-in. (I know this is a great question to ask guests to make sure they are coming)

Comfort was not that good as room was very small. I booked the rooms online in that they have asked for choices but at the property there was no room choice, as already I told them for smoking room but in room there was no smoking part. AC was not that good.

1. The day I arrived (I arrived closer to 10pm), the AC didn’t work until past midnight 2. The staff are a bit slow with understanding and aren’t trained.3. The food at the hotel is subpar - breakfast had 2 items available, the chicken sandwich I ordered was stale.4. I could change the room and see other rooms directly and could decide which one I wanted to have. Staff was friendly.

first room was very small and only a little window with no view to the outside.

Location is good, near our workplace in Hi Tech city and some good restaurants like Haldiram and Karachi Bakery nearby.

Rooms are quite tiny and bathroom is very small. Also there is no fridge in the room.

Staff were friendly we had a mishap after 1 day as we were staying for 31 days but the manager and staff sorted it and made it perfect! Nice rooms nice and bright.

It was a blessing! Very CLEAN room, smelling nice, 100% clean bedsheets, kettle, tea/coffee and bottled water in the room + a welcome compliment from hotel staff (fruits, chocolate and bisquits). Furniture looked relatively new. Breakfast was also very tasty. I enjoyed my stay!
