The bathroom flush wasn't working !! Had to fill bucket of water and clear the toilet !

Staff were nice and responsive.

The hotel lacks decent facilities. Most hotels lately are equipped with smart TVs, with the price offered I expect them to provide a room with smart tv, they said they have only few rooms with smart tv and they couldn't accomodate me in one. Even though I stayed for a longer period I didn't get a room with smart tv. Only one lift is operational and it's kind of tiring waiting for lift to be available. I had to ask for an iron box specifically and it's not provided by default.

A good place to stay. The rooms are good and spacious. The rate of the room is also reasonable. The location is pretty good. Everything is in walkable distance

It was better as Oyo townhouse

had a bad experience in horrible hot weather,during check in and check out, no air conditioning, no cold water bottle, cockroaches in the bathroom... when asked to compensate, they declined blaming booking.com policy.

No mosquito in the room.Efficient AC

The location is very close to Hitex Exhibition center, quiet area. Restaurants and a shopping mall near by. The mattress was comfortable and the size of the room was also comfortable for 2 people.

The water supply through the shower was insufficient. Insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Food was cooked on the 5th floor (kitchen) served on the ground floor. Poorly organized kitchen infrastructure. No proper place for leaving behind bags. Furniture needs update in the rooms. The wifi wasn't consistent.

Fan, Air condition, boiler were working. Location is good, breakfast is ok (no black coffee though), staff tries to help but it takes a lot of time.

No fridge, Room was not isolated from other room so you could hear everything in the other room from the other people staying in the hotel, breakfast was not starting on time.

Overall average experience

I was charged Rs.500 extra for giving early check-in at 10:15 Snoring sound from adjoining room as there was door inbetween instead of wall. Small cockroach at buffet breakfast table.

Rooms are clean , good water pressure

don’t look like pictures , they don’t maintain the property . Don’t go for free breakfast
