It was a moderately comfortable stay

Staff behaviour is not up to the mark, although breakfast was included they behaved as if it was not, unprofessional staff

The staff was helpful and the rooms were fine, could have been better

Bedsheets.. the lint was sticking to jeans evn to hair.

The only thing I didn't like they were taking the trash in the only lift which made the lift stink, not such a great experience.

The lift part as I mentioned need to be kept clean and the basement stinks of trash, its wet waste and that makes it even horrible stench.

Restaurant offered only breakfast, no possibility for foreigner to order food delivery for dinner or lunch

Rooms were really clean and neat..Service provided was excellent..with in no time service was served..I can say best stay and comfortable stay.Ac , hot water was working in good condition.Buffet breakfast was great too..

- Room provided was extremely small, without any ventilation or light.- Bathroom was smelly.- Cleaning was going on during my stay where they poured buckets of water down the stairs, making the hallway wet. Very unpleasant experience.- Staff don't know how to be cooperative with customers, acting as if we are staying for free.

Location is good. Hotel is good for family.Outside food delivery (swiggy, zomato) is permitted.

Bit costly. Hotel entrance is steep/uncomfortable/dangerous to carry language. Staffs are not supportive/co-operative.Restaurant/food is very average.

The staff were good & great service. Special mention breakfast was too good.

Requires maintenance. The sheets were not that clean requires attention. Commode & water gun requires maintenance.

Friendly considerate helpful staff promptly attended to all needs.

There is a broken gun holder in the bathroom and a broken hanger in the bathroom. There is dust under the cot.

There should be small refrigerator in the room. The room size is too small to move.

Cleanliness, water not getting drained in the bathroom. Properly. Away from the basic shops

Staff is cooperative and rooms cleanliness is satisfactory. Location is quiet and there is no major noise or disturbance.

There is nothing premium about this hotel. They did not even provide toilet paper or tissues. Most basic things are missing. After repeatedly asking for the same, they provided it. The toiletries are so bad, you cannot use it. It actually stinks. Moreover, if you stay longer, they do not replace toiletries. Shower has no pressure and fittings are old. In the name of Suite room, they have just put a wooden partition in between and kept sofa on the other side. Furniture is extremely poor quality. wood is not chamfered, nor polished and it pricks your fingers. Dangerous. Breakfast is very basic and they will not accommodate any dietary requests. You either choose fruit juice or fruits, not both. very weird.
