Location is excellent

Google maps location needs to be updated with exact location. Right now it takes you to the adjacent hospital entrance.

Property is a good accessible location. If you have a car, it’s slightly tough to spot a parking

There was a mushroom growing in my bathroom sink, which got cleaned later. The breakfast could be better

Comfortable space

The staff didn’t inform us about the food availability timings and there was no internet for a while. Akhil who was at the front desk firstly didn’t inform us about the timings of the restaurant and then explained that his staff is new and don’t know how to follow the instructions and so they won’t give us food after accepting the order within 5 min after their closing times. If not food we asked for some like and ice which he promised to send but didn’t. Instead he sent us the food as we complained that he’s not willing to responsibility of not informing us about the facilities.Just wish the staff was more hospitable.

Stay was quiet comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Location, ambience and well behaved staff

The staff was very good and helpful. Akanksha helped me a lot in extending my reservation by following up frequently with the reservation team. Rooms were also very clean, the housekeeping staff was very helpful too. Food menu could have more options. I tried noodles which were good but I found that there were lack of more options.Would like to book again and recommend to others as well!

Food menu should have more options, right now very limited options were there. so most of the time I have to order form swiggy.

Bed, comforter and towels should be little more cleaner.

I like staffs but food quality is worst if u order pulka they will serve u roti but in bill they will mentioned butter tawa roti.

Food variety is not available. Within shot span of time , cut fruits has empty and it’s not refilled

Room linen and bedding. Bed cloths were dirty, had stains and not cleaned properly. Breakfast were told to be starting at 7.30 am but to my surprised it started at 8 am. I had to leave for my further journey and got late since breakfast wasn’t ready till 8 amAlso staff was appearing bit gloomy and not so friendly.

Perfect location , good design and standard for a good price. Nice breakfast with a nice view.

Very helpfull and vriendly staff, I checked in, in the middle of the night without any problems. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is ok, I'm not a big eater.

Maybe a bit more variation with the breakfast. Please turn of the music in the hall, it's a bit to loud.

The staff were really unprofessional. You have to ask 5 times to get your request met. We asked for new towels only to see them just folding our old ones and pretending they replaced them. Like why even do such a thing? We had to constantly ask for toilet paper or towels. Also they were very rude to wake you up in the morning. Every single day. Extremely loud when handling the other rooms. Starting at 7-8am. You have to be more mindful

It’s a lodge, only rooms no other amenities

Small rooms , prices are close to 4 star hotels

Since I had booked a KING ROOM, I was expecting the room and toilet to be of larger size. Was also expecting an open balcony overlooking the main road. Roof top restaurant and breakfast was nice

Had requested a two hour late check out to synch with flight timing but was not allowed.

Everything was so clean.I wasn’t expecting this from Indian Hotel.I really appreciate!! Every staff & ground worker are similing.I will definitely recommend every NRI to stay in this hotel, while in HYD Industrial area.

The rooms were near and clean. Housekeeping and kitchen staff were supportive. Value for money

Location, overall look and feel

Reservation staff attitude was pathetic - they cancelled my booking even before I got there!!! And that too because they wanted payment prior to stay. They followed up like some 6-7 times for payment like a creditor of sorts (never had such an experience with any other hotel til date) When I informed them that I cld not do much as I was traveling but that I would be there and make payment fully on arrival they asked me for my govt Id details- I was in a lunch meeting. And when I told them to pl give me time to submit the same as I was eating- they cancelled by booking abruptly. Without any other booking I felt stranded. Never expected such poor treatment from a Booking.com partner hotel. That too after making and honouring so many bookings.
