Breakfast was good. It was the only thing which we liked.

Rooms were quite dirty. Also one of the Sofa cum beds side arm was broken..Staying experience was not good.

It would have better if they provided with better options for breakfast and the size of room. Room is congested.

BEWARE – This is NOT the real Consulate hotel!This place is a complete scam. The real and reputable hotel is Hotel Consulate, located directly opposite the Consulate. Many people — including me — get misled by this fake copycat named “D Consulate.” Do not fall for it.My friends and family stayed at Hotel Consulate and had a great experience. Unfortunately, I ended up booking this fake “D Consulate,” and it was a total disaster.For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it.? If you’re visiting for consulate work, avoid this hotel at all costs. You will regret staying here. Choose Hotel Consulate instead — it’s the real one.Not recommended for anyone.

Filthy & Unhygienic: Rooms were dusty, full of cockroaches, and had zero natural light because the building is crammed between other structures.•Rude & Unhelpful Staff: Even for a simple cup of tea or milk in the morning, they’d make us wait endlessly and argue instead of serving. Free breakfast is worst quality •Internet Lies: The Wi-Fi was down, and the staff claimed the entire area had no internet — but my friend staying in the neighboring hotel had full connectivity. They were clearly lying and careless.•No Mobile Signal: Virtually no network coverage inside the hotel — a nightmare for anyone needing to stay connected, especially for consulate appointments.•Management Doesn’t Care: When I complained, the manager showed zero responsibility or concern.

Room is small but ok to be there for a day

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great.

The first room they provided, had very small bathroom. The bathroom shower was almost on top of toilet. They provided second room which had shower little far from toilet, but not enough.Beds were not comfortable. There were hair on bedsheets. Towels were not soft. Bathroom and toilet are not separated by anything. Toilet was dirty.Faucets flow was very slow. I complained and they tried to fix it but still it remained same.

Only food was okay.

Rooms were not clean. Sofa side was broken and floor was quite dirty. Staff was also not cordial.. In all not recommended in fact I changed to another hotel for next day. Considering the high tarrifs the facility was not upto the mark..

Ordinary breakfast with same menu everyday consists of Poha, Idli, Upma, Boiled eggs, fruits, Salty Omelette, Even after paying Premium prices for five days, staff was not all accommodating to basic needs. Paid for double occupancy room and after checkout they wanted more money for the other guest. Room is small and doesn't not have microwave and Refrigerator.

Clean and comfortable stay, close proximity to the US consulate

Two families, one with three adults and another with two adults and 2 children. The beds in the bedroom could accommodate only 2. The sofa cum bed provided in the living rooms were short and not able to accommodate tall people..

Received well. the courtesy extended was appreciated. Check in Check out.. hassle free

It was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good. Very close to the US Cosulate.

The staff could be more courteous. E.g. my family was questioned on some soiled sheets. And then it was left as is. Questioning the customer without proper due diligence is not in your best interests, especially with senior citizens.

Property clearly advises customers to turn the tap and leave it for a few minutes to get the hot water. This results in tons of water wastage, which we felt is not a responsible approach. We literally had to wait for 15 minutes at 06:00 AM to get hot water and the water was getting wasted. While rest of the hotels are taking measures to conserve water, this hotel has a long way to go. Room was extremely small. Bathroom was cramped and congested. Hotel is overrated with average breakfast spread. Approach to the hotel is pathetic with overflowing water from water tanks and wet roads. Will not recommend even if it is for a single night.

If you want to be near the US consulate, this hotel is best to stay, just 5 mins walk.Hot, freshly made breakfast everyday. Staff was super friendly and always eager to help. Very neat and clean hotel.

Well the bathroom sizes are way too small but then it is an architectural thing so cannot do much about it. Also was a little pricey but i believe entire hyderabad seems costly.
