Hotel Imperial Classic

Television was not working. There is no parking facility. For complimentory breakfast, you have to go outside, where there is no tea. Mineral water not provided.

Location of the property is very good. all places of Hyderabad is near from Hotel.

Some smell of Cigarette and liquor are coming from the another room in lobby.

The restaurant service was worst. Even ordering Idly the serving was delayed and the staff response was very rude. Go and complain was the answer. If you ask polite you won't be attended. A family was there and the ladies were always yelling and making too much noise and they were attended promptly ignoring others.

The hotel is situated at a good location. Staff is helpful and cooperative.Cleanliness of room was good.

Location was good. Family suite was okay

Individual rooms were not clean. Very torn out condition. Door lock was not working. Walls are patched here and there. No window as well in the rooms. Toilet was not cleaned properly and the tap was leaking all day and night. Also the complimentary breakfast was very very basic. Just two options and for that also you need to go to a nearby restaurant as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant.

From booking confirmation free breakfast will be provided after check in , but they didn't. Compare to other railwy station near hotels this is the best one. Still they want more concentrate on their hospitality.

They will try to improve their hotel atmosphere nd hospitality.

Lift is not operated on Generator. This is the very worst thing I have experienced.

There is no restaurant or dining area in the hotel. They give token to eat breakfast in the basement fast food outlet. The hygiene there is unsatisfactory. We skipped our breakfast.

Air conditioner is spilling condensed water on the bed as well as on the bathroom. Bathroom cleanliness is unsatisfactory

It was inside the city and very accessible.

The place was very dirty and the price and pictures were not like the place . The toilet was the dirtiest and the closet needs to be clean . There were cockroaches too. The doors and beds are also very shabby it mostly needs to be changed.

Location wise excellent.

In booking.com, it was stated that the hotel has free parking facility. It is not correct. I had to park my car on the side of a busy road in front of the hotel as suggested by the hotel receptionist and staff. I had requested for a late check in and checked in at 1500 hrs on 26/03/2024. I parked my car as directed. In the evening, I was informed by hotel staff that I should park my car elsewhere as law enforcing authorities have directed them to get the car removed otherwise it will be towed away. Under compulsion, I had to park car at my own risk elsewhere.

The hotel location is excellent with metro and bus facilities available nearby. The room we got was clean. The service was superb. The complementary breakfast was given on time and was very tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
