Hotel cleaning good .. nice location to stay

When I entered into wash room hot water not coming in wash room And that bed is moving like stretcher.. wen I call to room service he came to room too late (30 to 40mns).. comin to food worst delivery almost takes 1hour to deliver the chicken biryani..

It is a good clean hotel in the main area.

As per cost it is not that luxurious nor has great hospitality.

Nice hotel and good location for a city break.

Restaurant had vey little food available from menu. Room did feel damp possibly due to only air conditioning.

At the time of booking we had booked with the property and it mentioned no pre payment required. 1 day prior to the stay we received a call from someone asking to make advance payment. We already had a guest who was staying at the hotel he checked in one day prior and asked the proprty to hold the booking which was confirmed by them, but the hotel cancelled the booking saying they dis not receive payment.

My booking with Booking.com was single room w/o BF at 2250 plus taxes .I didnt take Breakfast on Sunday morning but they charged 350 extra saying my booking was with BF ( which is incorrect)Different room laundry was added to my room 403 ... which was reversed. My response with Front Desk was futile even after showing mail from booking.com what was chargeable amount and in no way they were ready to hear any justification. Most staff are young untrained .I will not recommend this hotel except for location .

The location of the Hotel is excellent. Cleanliness was fantastic. Water bottles provided were sufficient. AC was properly functional. Window opens to the front road (Rooms ending with digits 1 to 5) with great natural light.

Room Rates for the so called Superior Room is very high (about 4000/- per night including taxes). Room size is not that good. During Check-in, Front Desk response was lukewarm but during Check-out with different staff set, it was great. In breakfast, non-veg option is very very limited. On 18th got Chicken Liver as option in addition to Egg but on 19th no Chicken option was there. On TV, I couldn't find any other news channel except for two Republic channels. No Shaving set or Comb or Shower Cap or Slippers provided as part of room amenities. Only Dental Kit and Soap, Shampoo & Body wash were available.

Price was heavy, they charged more money. And I only stayed for one day but they took two days money. I asked i only stayed for one day, but they are really bad at communicating

The reception staff and manager are very dodgy. They deny guests online booking and then tell them to book at reception and pay double the amount.

Service is really bad such as air conditioner didn’t work 1 and half day out of 2 days stay, after complaining multiple times the staff addressed the issue. The room looks outdated.

Wash rooms were not cleaned and very congested rooms. Windows also did not open very old property.

It worst experience by booking from booking.com. The check-in and Check-out timings are says that 15th and 16th respective dates as per the booking but the hotel people are rejected the booking as price is low and this is for only 11AM to 4PM on same day only. This is all cheating the customers through booking.com. Please behave professionally and educate your booking system properly. they have cancelled my booking and we have to pay 3086 rupees to book the room.the staff are very un-educated and doesn't know what they are doing at hotel. the executive person at hotel , you booked through booking.com so we can't help and we don't give room 24hrs as this booking is invalid.and there is no proper help from booking.com website.they gave the room access key which is not working and we have to call the service people to get the room opned. overall very worst and bad experience to stay at Aditya Hometel and booking the room with Booking.com website.

Better educated and proper details about room reservation from booking .comand better co-ordination with hotel.

Room is very bad not up to the money which I pay.No Hot water. Staff is not friendlyThey know very well to say No for requests.I'll never go back to this hotel
