The staff is very courteous. This hotel is not worth for the price it charged.

No Shower door; water spills all over the place during the shower. the bath room is hard to use for the 2nd guest. Looks like it was never renovated and the bath room reflects the ages old sinks, toilets, and faucets. Linen and towels look dirty

Acs not working, showering floods the whole bathroom Had to share room with BedBugsHad booked non smoking section and the guests in room next to us hand 5-10 please smoking in it till late in the night and talking loudly

Excellent location and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some issues with running hot water.

Wash room commode not clean , bad smell in the room, old /over used furniture, buffet breakfast was not good /over salt masala omelet , no tasty food , staff behaviour also not good

It was great that I could check in at 13:00. They were so kind and helpful all the time! The taste of their restaurant was amazing, especially mutton biryani:) I recommend this hotel!!

The property is excellent. House keeping is good. The buffet breakfast is excellent changing the menu daily. Over all good stay and privacy

Varied breakfast

Location, situated right on the main road, continous honking of vehicles throughout the night.We came back tired and weary, due to lack of sleep

The hotel is situated in a nice location and is accessible to all famous places where a touristslove to go. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the food was very tasty.

Most of the rooms were nice and very clean. Some rooms the tiles were broken and we were forced to change the room.

The receptionist was no help to charge our phones even though we told her we had a long flight to catch. A little positive attitude would've been better.

Ideal location. Just walking distance to metro station. Nestled inside from the main road; honking vehicles are heard much less. Good breakfast buffet. Spot of filter coffee. Staffs were helpful as well.

House keeping entering rooms without permission. I was taken aback by this behaviour. Need to improve on this.

I entered the breakfast hall at 10.35 and they removed the eatables in front of my eyes told mevi was late by 5 minutes,on my request that I was diabetic n had to take my medicine they brother some half cooked n cold leftover food,too bad to be eaten I have the pictures to be loaded,poor hotel nothing like pictures as shown on your website,you loose your credibility too by promoting them,too bad experience for me.

They should have respectfully given me the meal for which I had been charged,I will take a legal action too now as the hotel staff never even apologized for such food behaviour

Very comfortable and clean rooms, and extremely helpful and respectful service from staff. I was upgraded to a bigger room for no extra cost. The beds were really comfy! Room service options were slightly pricey but very nice. I felt very safe as a female solo traveller.

The bathroom smelled like cigarettes the entire time thanks to neighbouring guests. The room also faced the main road and was a bit noisy from the traffic, especially the trucks at night. But can't fault the hotel for either of these!

Literally PERFECT location near metro station. Beds are one of the softest I've ever slept in, with strong shower pressure and fantastic restaurant downstairs (had lunch there also). Managed to check-in super early around 5 AM for a small fee and this day already came with breakfast! Very efficient staff, appreciate the stay!

Would be great to have more western TV channels in the room and more westerns food options for breakfast! :)

Its a great spread of breakfast (Indian and continental) and service in the restaurant was very good. Food is very tasty and the restaurant is very clean. Though initially I was not impressed with the location, I realized that it is easily accessible and if someone prefers to travel in Metro, Best location as the metro station is just 25 mts from the property. Room was very spacious, provided with all amenities that normally you see in a 4 star. No complaints with house keeping.

Rather I would suggest that the professionalism of those providing services could be enhanced. They are very nice and do the expected job but they seem to lack professional training. Same at the restaurant. The only thing I felt they lacked was the anticipation. If asked, they do the job great. If you don't ask, they don't anticipate. Not flexible on the checkout time (if that is a criteria of stay. Perhaps they are always booked.

All the staff and the manager were extremely kind and helpful. They even offered me extra services free of charge.

Beds are hard. Furthermore good and spacious hotel room.
