There are so many things to complain, starting from room check-in thru check out. Room service was bad, receptionist hospitality was bad, room cleanliness is bad (I can literally see cockroaches roaming everywhere), AC didn't work,room cleanliness was bad

Worst possible hotel. Unhygienic, cockroach infested, old place. Stayed here with my kids and my kids got sick. Not sure how it got the 5 stars. Certainly something is not right. Was a hell experience.

No hot water, roaches everywhere, plug points doesnt work, room service takes the towels and doesn't replace them, seriously understaffed. Im better off sleeping on the road than on that flithy bed.
Price factor is one I like about the hotel
All the fittings in the bathroom are broken. Shower, toilet and wash basin fittings are broken. The hotel price is cheper and its not worth the trouble.

A lot of things There was a very bad stinking odour since were no windows in the room. The sink in the washroom was bent and made out of wood and water was spilling all over the place, when I complained the staff did not respond

No cleanliness and maintenance for the star given to the hotel and room stinks, along with problems in the air conditioner. We had to ask a couple of times to check or change the room then we got a change of room and which is just OK!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
