The bathroom was clean but There were cockroaches everywhere. It was not worth the price of 3500 for one night

Experience was worst. No facilities. Room was OK. But other clealiness around sucks. Wifi doesnt work, TV is just for namesake. Breakfast which they provide is not up to the mark. Infact the area where they arrange Breakfast is totaly unhygienic and plates are not washed properly. Staff is rude and they do not provide any assistance if you are stuck with any issue of the room.Make up your mind to face challenges if you book this hotel.

Rowdy hotel manager

Property manager name “Sairam” is a 100% rowdy person. Request all to not book at all in this hotel. I had booked this property for 5 days. For first 3 days the manager was not seen at all. On 4th day he appeared and started behaving with total rowdy accent. He was drunk and smoking heavily when I came back from office work. When I complained about the hotel service , he tried to assault me . He made threatening gestures towards me. Being outsider of Telangana state I called emergency 100 number. But the police failed to show up. I called up 112 number again with case Id number but police didn’t come. I tried calling 112 4-5 times. Finally 112 police told me to go to raidurg police station so I booked a rapido bike . The hotel manager “Sairam” threatened the bike rider and did not allow me to go to police station. Finally I called up booking com customer care and somehow managed to call the hotel owner . The hotel owner tried to justify the actions of the hotel manager . I told him that Sairam is total goon and rowdy person but the hotel owner kept on defending him. Finally I made the whole payment and checked out of the hotel next morning. This hotel is extremely dangerous due to the rowdy attitude of hotel manager and property owner. Imagine your brother going through a similar situation at this hotel , would like to book this hotel ??? Avoid this hotel at all cost ..

Bathroom is not clean.there are water scaling marks everywhere..room is not cleaned at all in between Food is same everyday..not great taste...bed is very smallReceptionist is arrogant and doesn't give room on time..no value for money..I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone..

Booking was not confirmed by the hotel, but I was called by the executive a day before to make partial payment, which I did. In spite the hotel didn't not have my name listed for check in. Had to wait for almost an hour to get confirmation.No breakfast provided, no beverages ( coffee / Tea ).Room was good, but without drinking water and no telephone to reach the reception.Just one staff to address all your request accompanied with 3 to 4 cleaning staffs.

Since it was a new(16 days)hotel, it was clean.

The breakfast was over by 8:30 am on the first day. When I went to the reception, the person at the counter was having breakfast!! And me as a guest of the hotel - I didn't have any. The picture that is on the website showing a variety of breakfast counters is not right. There was no tea/coffee. Just idli, bonda, bread, jam & peanut butter. I had a slice of bread with peanut butter. The toilet seat was not fixed or was broken. I had informed the reception when we checked in. He said that he would inform someone but we stayed there for 2 nights and no one came to repair the seat. I had asked for an extra towel which was given to me (after I asked a 3rd time) the next day in the evening. It was not a good experience in terms of hospitality. Just a building with some amenities and calling it a hotel!

Excellent property and very convenient toUSC activities.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
