The property was very green and great to stay in. The food was good and the staff were nice. Also the size of the bathrooms are very good.

The size of the room was a bit too small and the pool was a bit small and not too inviting.

The menu options need to be broader. There is no pizza available. also the food at TG's needs to get better, you can also have your staff members educated about what kind of drinks go with what food. Also the menu at TG's is not very vegetarian friendly.

Location and staff were friendly and helpful

The room was not clean and smelled musty (no proper ventilation). We fell sick and had an allergy attack because of the original room that was allotted to us, when we asked to change our room to one with better ventilation we were told it would be an extra charge. We decided to move the other room anyway because of the ventilation problems. The staff were helpful and tried their best to make us comfortable but the property is just not clean. There were stains, hair and holes in the towels, the ventilation was really poor and we vacated the room in the early hours. We are not at all satisfied.

Cool and comfortable stay with a lovely welcome by the receptionist. The atmosphere was amazing, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery and intriguing water fountains. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience made it feel just like home.

The location is avoid traffic in the city just 30-40 min to/from airport. The facility is good and very clean. Their bed is very comfortable.

Breakfast is not varies mostly is local foods. No Malls nearby.

Only few rooms on ground floor were pet friendly which wasn’t mentioned during the booking. We had to pay double amount of what we had reserved post our arrival at the property along with additional charges for the pet. Since we were taking overnight stop in Hyderabad for our long roadtrip, it was not worth the money. Had it been shared earlier during booking, i would have gone for some other hotel.

Staff, Cleanliness of the room, General Service, the Swimming Pool & Mrs. Mage restaurant were all really good. We had a great time overall during our stay here. The complimentary fruits in the evening were a nice healthy touch. It was also nice to explore their walking track though there was a lot of construction activity happening within the property

The breakfast was underwhelming. While the spread was great, everything tasted the same as it was all bland. The Chicken Kurma was the only saving grace. Great service again in the breakfast area though

The age is showing now; it’s due for a renovation or makeover now — that’s the only reason I gave a lower score

Location was close to the office

I arrived an hour before check in and my room wasn’t ready. The hotel did not have wifi until i could get a room which was inconvenient. They had to call the IT manager to log a private passcode into my phone.

Excellent breakfast, with wide range of selection.Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to Room Service (thanks to all of them).

Very high value for money as no facilities, location empty nothing around. Poor breakfast for hayate hotel. We change room three times as I don't like the view and room too small with bad smile. I can give three star for this hotel. Some renovation in restaurant and lobby that should lower its price.

I loved the views, the cleanliness, staff and the surroundings.My single issue I should have inquired about perhaps was that without inserting the key the A/C did not turn on. If I insert the key, the lights stay on. This was a problem during the night. I didn’t go around the room looking for switches to turn off not A/C to turn on.

Pet friendly stay with wonderful welcoming staff. There is no such place like this in Hyderabad if you're planning a stay-cation with your pet. Loved the place, it has a great big lawn & walking/jogging track to take a walk & enjoy the wilderness. Thanks for everything. Our pet Logan loved it.. and we look forward to visit again very soon. ?
