Great location good rooms breakfast was good

I had good rooms breakfast was good near by us embassy

A little not clean room.Cockroaches were seen and a lot of cigarette smoke smell despite booking a non smoking room. Breakfast is in a mess shared with PG beside. Only Pro point is its close to US consulate and nothing else.

Worst staff food and cleanliness

Staff behaviour specially Satvik and some kartik are the main persons taking care of the hotel but very careless and unprofessional. As per their qualification, they shoul run a dharamshala and not a hotel. There are line of episodes right from the check in till checkout both these were not present on the desk. This is a usual phenomena of fabhotels. I will not suggest anyone to stay here. Food was worst. Cleanliness was worst. Washroom is also worst. Overall it is a waste of money.

Good staff nice rooms breakfast was good

Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Staff were courteous!

The room was decent sized and clean.

Bathroom was extremely tiny, no shampoo. No hot kettle for tea. Breakfast options were suboptimal.

Don't waste your money staying in this property...

Absolutely a waste of money...Please look into the rooms before paying at the time of Checkin or you may regret booking this property...I booked the room for 3 nights, but have to leave the property on the first night itself. Rooms were small, congested, and the service was pathetic. Food options are minimal, not expected when you are paying so much for a property working on "paying-guest" model. I was charged for the entire amount that I paid at the time of Checkin. In addition, the invoice that was shared showed that I was there for two nights..and absolute #harrasment. Look for other properties for a peaceful experience!

The rate was good but the room was bad with old pillows and bedsheet the room was itself spacious but couldn't stay. God cold within a day due to the condition of pilow and bedsheet bed spread. Didn't try food and no cleaning was done after informing also but did after that. Rooms was spacious, clean bathroom but little small.

Good location spacious rooms near us embassy

Room cleanness, comfort bed and other things.

1.There was no electric mug for hot water for drinking.2.No bags for tea,and sugar.

No hanger in wardrobe, not cleaned room even asking for the same ontime and have to follow up

It’s an average property! The reviews are overrated! It seems an old apartment converted to hotel. The lift is very old grill gate type. So, if someone doesn’t close the grill properly, you can’t access the lift. Due to this, I had to climb the stairs many times.

Worst

They did not allocate the room even after my booking. I went with my family and waited for 1 hr. They asked me to wait for 4 more hours, which is pathetic.

Bad

it was a very bad experience . There was a camera in the room !! we covered that with a towel ! the sheets were dirty and stained .
