Staff are irresponsible though you ask about any needs, they respond this is how it is. Not worth the money. They charge Rs 600 for every 2 hour late check out.. they won't communicate on all these. Check In also they give late saying room clean in progress. I got the room in the evening at 6 though it's planned on 4pm but checkout should be at 11 if it is beyond 12 they charge 600 extra

This location was good. The breakfast was good. I was able to pay at the property. The room is big, and the Toilet was also big, and there was hot water available.

The rooms could use an air freshener, rooms are visibly clean. But, they are just cleaning it on the top they are not using and cleaning agents, the same situation is for the toilet also. We were 3 people they provided room kits only for one. make sure you tell them how many are travelling, they do refills once a day, this goes for towels also.

The property ran out of toilet paper and asked us to manage tissues on our own. The phone provided to call the reception wouldn't work. They ordered for some sort of AC repair in the room while we occupied. Late in the night at 10.45. don't know why they haven't considered repair/servicing before the room was occupied.

No remotes were working even after constantly asking to change the batteries. Constant water motor sound in the room. Plates and extra towels came after 45 min of asking

Not a single thing to say as good, not recommended for families

I have stayed for 5 days, bed sheets were not changed for 5 days, not cleaned, bad smell, cigarette smell in the corridors, rooms cleaned only once after telling them. Worst food that I have tasted. Bad choice and surprising booking.com has these type of hotels in their website.

Nothing. Hotel canceled my booking citing no payments and hotel being full.

I booked the hotel from US, and when I reached the hotel, they informed that the hotel is full and booking is canceled. Confirmation from booking.com was not enough for them. Credit card details were provided on booking.com.Booking.com must blacklist these hotels who play with customers and ask for payment on a different website by sending personal messages. Please be very careful on booking with treebo hotels or this hotel in particular. A reservation confirmation from booking.com must be enough for the hotel to confirm the room. Booking.com must not allow the hotels to reach out to the customers with a separate link for payment. This sounds like a scam and it impacts the credibility of booking.com. Platform must not allow these kind of hotels.

No toiletries provided as per treebo poster in the room. Room was smelling of cigarette smoke and we had to request for change of room.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were first-class, and the staff provided outstanding service. Rooms were not cleaned everyday.It was so noisy at night.And someone rang my doorbell late at night twice, when complained, nothing was enquired.

It's not at all like it looks in the pictures.There was a continuous leakage of water from the AC in bathroom.The bed sheets and the pillow covers were not clean.

Service is really good, they answer every call and provide the service you request on time and anytime without any hesitation.Room service is done everyday, they keep it clean. Affordable price, good location, close to main road and you have 2 super markets next to the hotel.

Washroom fittings are not good, toilet seats are broken, tap fittings are loose, they are stinking very badly. We asked to give another room, it was not stinking but the fittings were loose, the toilet gun was leaking, and the toilet seat was loose. No much options for breakfast, its better to take stay without breakfast instead of wasting money on breakfast included in stay. You get good breakfast options outside that satisfies your tummy.
