The staff and the shower water pressure!

Did not like much.

1. We had a booking for 2 people. However whenever the room service would clean the room they would keep only 1 towel. Despite reminding them multiple times they would do the same. 2. For the price there was no refrigerator. 3. For the price the room was too small. 4. The complementary breakfast provided is very poor. They would not turn the AC on and expect the guests to eat breakfast without fan / AC. Very limited options. Bread is always dry. No butter provided. No tap water kept ready at the table. If water was asked the waiter would bring a 500 ml bottle and the restaurant owner will later tell that the bottle is chargeable that too 30 Rs for 500 ml bottle. 5. The room after cleaning would not look much different. They seem to be using the same bed sheets. 6. The water bottle provided by the hotel was given only on the first day, for the next days until checkin no bottle was given.

Location is good

Rooms are very small. Washroom starts spilling water into bed room once you start taking bath.Staff in counter on 20th morning was a fraud. He tried to take 4 nights stay bill when actually I had stayed for just 2 nights. He kept arguing to the extent that I barely caught my flight at the nick of time.

Location was great. The cafe was pretty but food was not that good. very limited options for breakfast. Any requests were answered promptly.

Even after pre-payment they provided us the worst room not as promised. When complaint they told us no better room was available. So we complained to Booking.com to change the property, then only the hotel staff gave us a better room than the previous one, but no tea kit or kettle in the room, and uncomfortable pillows.

Location

Booking.com site has given the total price as something around 3900/-. Hotel marigold told that Booking.com has forgotton to include GST. They included GST for 3900 and charges extra money for this. Marigold uneducated staffs are cheating and harassing guest in this way. I request to take action against this,

The location, staff behaviour, room size

The bathroom needs cleaning, the bucket and tumbler have limescale deposit, and need replacement

The breakfast menu changed daily, but the Idli was permanent. The chutney and sambhar tasted nice. It would have been better if they had added omelets and boiled eggs to the spread. Location was on spot with various bakery, bars, restaurants and food outlets nearby.

Roomsize, Bedsize, Bathroom cleaniness

Nearby restaurants, locality.Staff were helpful and courteous.

The SHEETS. UNTIDY. LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE WASHED A WEEK AGO WITH ALL STAINS.No ventilation.No amenities in the room.Less than half filled soap containers.Very tiny bathroom.

Helpful team in my critical time. Very friendly behavior. Well sanitize and germ free conditions.

Close to AIG HOSPITAL so easy to attend testing and operation.

I stayed with my family for 2 days in Marigold At Nest .The staff are really supportive and friendly especially Mr.Imran is very professional and friendly. He helped a lot during our stay.

The bathroom needs more maintenance and it lacks cleanliness.Otherwise all are good

Not at all luxury room

No coffee. No house keeping done throughout the stay. Drinking water was chargeable.Food was not up to the mark.Found cockroach in buttermilk.

Booking showed me the price 2 night 4850 when I go in the hotel to check in they charged me 5480

Really terrible hospitality and very commercial space

The basic facilities of the room weren't provided. They are charging exporbently high for basic things. The washrooms weren't clean. The staff was very rude on confrontation. Very disappointing experience on choosing it based on previous reviews.

Nothing, Hotel stinks alot and the washroom is worst than a public toilet

There nothing good about the property. Its very dirty, stinks like hell and staff are completely money minded and even if you want to get room 30mins before 11am they will charge 500 extra. They wont even provide towels or toiletries until unless you ask.

The lift was not working for few hours. i had to use stairs to 5th floor.

Breakfast time was 0700 hrs. onwards, when we went at 0800 hrs. there were only Idli, Bonda and Bread butter. They said that the Paratha would take some more time.

Toilet Ventilation is bad.

Coffee during breakfast was like hot water.Washrooms could be improved a bit with faucet quality. And shower is placed in such a way even the toilet tissue roll gets sogged

The staffs were very helpful

The room was very congested and small,the ac remote had battery but was not working ,i had to call the staff fr replacing it with new battery ,the tv was also not working everytime it was getting off,dont knw for what reason.Bathroom was not at cleaned.water was dropping from the gyser.mirror was not cleaned ,all over 4500 rs not worth it at all .At morning when i went fr breakfast flies were all over the food and very less variety was there .To maintain a hotel business cleanliness with hygine is the most important thing which was missing.
