- The lady at the reception wasn’t cooperative. I left on 28th Aug around 10.30-11 am, the person at the reception at that time wasn’t kind. She was rude and acting as the owner of the hotel. She did not know Hindi or English language, making communication even tougher. I urge the hotel owners to make sure that the person sitting at the reception is kind to all and knows a common Indian language - it maybe English or Hindi. Also, despite the TV sets in the rooms, only two channels are operational. Despite having Tata sky the guests are forced to watch only two channels. If that’s the case then there is no point in maintaining TVs in the hotel rooms. Request to have atleast 40-50 channels that can be received by Indian audiences and not just south audience.

New property.
The staff, the lady at the reception was rude, she talks as if we are homeless and she is giving room to us for free. Her voice was so condescending, and looks like she has a problem with couples.
I was staying for a week. Firstly the service was slow. Though the hotel is new, the staff makes you uncomfortable. Be careful as they would charge you unnecessary for the damages you haven’t done. They alleged me saying I have broken their mirror in the hotel. I was embarrassed in front of other customers and they were trying to charge for the same. I argued and called my colleagues who works nearby.
They put me in the place of culprit for the mistake I haven’t done. There is one more hotel called SVM grand which is good and near to Uppal.
