Hotel Lake View Airport Zone

Nothing is there in room even towels. Even if we ask they take their own time to bring it. I strongly not recommend this for any one. Even for airport dropouts they are charging 500 and providing 1980 car with out AC on ot

Nothing pls pay me back

Cleanliness and maintenance

- No cleanliness- used bedsheet- floor sticky- cockroaches in the room

Location was good and silent. rooms were spacious, clean. the people I met from the hotel were all quite helpful. Quite close to the airport. I stayed for 2 nights. I wouldnt mind staying here again if I happen to go back to Hyd.

NA.

Location

No cable TV facility available. In spite of repeated request didn't recharge. Rooms very small.

Romm is good and near to Airport

Neatness ofbthe Room

Did the job for an overnight stay before an early flight. Comfy room but a little tired. A nice, separate cafe on the top floor of hotel.

By the name of lake view , it is not like near the lake view , having congested location, no parking facility , congested walkways and room, floor hygiene of room not good , even no rubber before wash room, no right information on body wash and shampoo, inside wash room is not in standard , room attender is not available on time, regular items like toothpaste and hair oil that also not available, , took many attempts to get tooth paste and denied on hair oil like this first time faced such experience, though not having restaurant , no support for ask for any assistance on food . Reception person is good and agreed my cancellation after 3 days till i get another hotel(Not informed them to shifting to other hotel , just informed vacating the hotel to for travel) . Booked this hotel based on Navan portal listing and it is for my official booking but i got info. from Navan in message as personal booking. i had selected this hotel for reducing travel time to go to factory, which is in Bala Nagar , Pedda Pally. From sham Shamshabad it will take 40 min, comparatively less time of travel. Suggestion is ,kindly review hotels with pre onsite update of facility.

I did not like this hotel in many aspect as mentioned above.

Nothing was likable

When I reached the property for check in, the receptionist told me that the hotel is fully booked despite having a booking confirmation from booking.com and I was told that they don't value booking.com and only other booking portals like MakeMyTrip and goibibo are considered.

NO BREAK FAST NOTHING

GEYSER IS NOT WORKING TV IS NOT WORKING THEY UPDATED TO US TAKE BATH IN OTHER ROOM NO WINDOWS NO FRESH AIR REALLY DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY WITH FAMILY , CAGE LIKE ROOMSEVEN ALL EQUIPMENTS ARE FACING SOME PROBLERMS

Nothing at all

Dirty blankets, Dirty pillow covers, bathroom is mouldy and very congested rooms and a huge dump yard in the back where flies fly.

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience, took break fast charges and outsource, which was served in polythene bags instead bowls.

Breakfast is out sourced and not from hotel kitchen

There is no river view at hotel because no river is there and hotels rooms have no balconies

The property has a wonderful lake view. If you choose to stay in a "family with a balcony room", then you are quite lucky. you will have a nice view. the front view doesn't give a good cozy appearance of the property. But trust me its a quite new and well-maintained prop. provision to wifi & watch OTT, YouTube, latest remote-controlled fan.

no paid satellite channels, Less lighting in rest room, can be an improved mirror. more water bottle can be given, though a bubble top is kept in the corridor.

Free Wi-Fi and the bed.

The room was not very clean. Very basic facility not worth the money that was charged.

It was clean and well maintained, the staff and people at the reception were well behaved and happy to help when I needed them.

There was an issue with the shower head, but the overall experience was great

Room was clean , good location, some staffs were good

WiFi very slow and useless YouTube was not working continuously, Tata sky is available but no channels in it , room has no refrigerator , breakfast not included, electricity was closing in between, one of manager we met at checkout he was tough and arrogant with no smile on face and not helping type . Staff behaviour should be taken seriously if you want to give good service.

Staff was good, they answered all the calls. Room was good and price of the room was okay according to the rates.

I asked them to repair the shower nob and they said they called plumber but the plumber didn't come.

Room clean, near to airport and easy access to restaurants near by.

The room was not ready when we reach and someone mopping it when we enter room. communication and coordination is issue as not a English speaking person at the reception all times.

Close to airport

Neat and clean, very well maintained
