Hotel Park Airport Zone Hyderabad

Pretty awful. There was no mention that you had to pay for the hotel in cash and since we were in India for one night we did not have any. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. This is a very basic hotel which is in its self ok but the bedding was stained and threadbare. I do not recommend

balanced and neat furniture. good and big bed. floor with ceramic tiles. clean wall. acceptable bathroom solution. very near to bus station. very good location... easy to find.

loud elevator talking. in bathroom - cold water is also hot! small sink. area is not yet settled. narrow but functional stairs

I stayed for one night before my early flight from the airport. The location is excellent, and they have a taxi available 24/7 to drop you at the airport which only takes 15 minutes. In November 2024 the cost was INR 600 (which is not bad- Uber is around 350-400 but much less reliable). The front desk staff were very helpful and even gave me a wake up call at 4am andhelped me with disgruntled Uber drivers when I arrived. There is also 24h check out which is very helpful. My room was huge and very comfortable. Each room has its own WiFi connection with a SMART TV. Outlets, kettle with tea and coffee and bottled water and good A/C and fan. The rooms are secured with bolts inside and a key outside. The hot water was very good in the bathroom with toiletries , towels and toilet paper provided.I was a foreign guest and paid in cash. I did not enquire about foreign card payments. Staff appeared to speak English but we interacted mostly in Hindi.

Not a luxury hotel, but definitely a great option for a stay close to the airport with friendly staff and big, comfortable rooms. The only things that I would change are- A/C is quite loud and strange sounding in my room- The lift makes a loud noise throughout the hotel every time it is used- Neighbourhood is scruffy with dogs barking early in the morningI did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.All of this is forgivable since it is an airport hotel. Would recommend for anyone needing to stay by the airport in Hyderabad who isn't too fussed about luxury.

Breakfast was good and the hotel location situated was good

The room was very small Room no 314, there were no amenities not even a glass or cup for drinking water, secondly i noticed that all other rooms were having better amenities (kettle, tea and coffee sachets) whereas the room provided to me didnt have any, on the 2nd day i asked why my room does not have any amenities and then i was provided. overall i didnt like my stay there as the staff also were not cooperative... i had specifically asked for a smoking room and when i requested for a match box i was not provided, i had to go out and buy one. also the front office staff (Male) didnt event bother to search when i had called and when i approached to the reception he started searching for it and finally laughed and said no we dont have. dont think i will stay there in future.

Closer to airport

The front desk staff needs training in courtesy and usual requests of the guests. Couple of junior trainees were left to manage the guests while the manager relaxes at the restaurant. Furnishings are broken in bathrooms. Bedroom linens could be cleaner and fresh for the price being charged!

Promise what they give. Tv was not working only free channels were working. Towel was bad smelling.

This Hotel is close to airport with all the facilities. Staff is generously and courtesy.Great time staying here. Rooms are clean.

I have been cheated. My booking was in Park by zone but I had been given accommodation in Elite Signature

The breakfast timing is late at 7.30 No fascility for packing breakfast.

For three guests one glass and one tea cup provided. The towel was also torn.

The facilities are really poor, even though we had booked for 3 pax, they didn’t have roller beds. We had paid for 2 nig

Right from the location to the staff, I will never stay in this property again and will also advise friends and family to refrain from staying there

No welcome, no one is there to receive in front of desk. I my self took all 6 large bags from car to inside hotel. Hotel staff standing outside and watching . After I took inside then they helped to keep in lift which is ridiculous service. Room is not clean , bathroom is like sulub complex, bugs are there in room, towels not clean, bed sheet not clean, no water for drinking until I ask, no bathroom tissues, I paid 3100 rupees for one night this room is not even worth of 500 to 700 rs. No manager for hotel not sure if even exists. I asked front desk to meet me once manager comes in morning. He was hiding some where while I was checking out. I suggest people who come from abroad don’t visit this hotel no hygienic there are possibilities of hospitalization.
