M Square Hotel

Location is good and quite easy access to hitec city every where,uber autos and cars no delay,surrounding areas are pleasant.Breakfast,lunch dinner,room service are nice .Reception and the boys on various assistance are very cooperative.....daily upkeep of rooms are clean and neat.....

Availability of fruits,fruit Saladin the menu was meagure.

There was nothing to like. When we arrived the place was diffrent from the pictures and was dirty. Language brrier no one spoke enhlish. We did not get help so we went to look for another accomodation.

Room are ok and bed are good

Staff and facilities are pathetic.To get iron box and other basic stuff , I needed to call 6-7 times , and they always kept responding that they are coming in 2 minsPerson at reception is not helpful.To get soap they took more than 1 day to deliver it to my roomAlso room cleaning service was not there during my stay

Disappointing and disgusting

We reached late at around 2am. I regretted the moment I stepped in to the room and paying the whole amount of about 27,000+ for a 5-night stay. The room was not prepared or cleaned, The room and bathroom were reeking of pungent cigarette smoke, So were the pillows and bed. The towels, bed sheets and duvet had stains. The floor towels appeared cleaner than the bath towels. There was mold on the bathroom wall. Even one of the toilet roll had mold on it. If you took a shower, the whole bathroom will be full of water. It looked like it was ages that the soap dish was cleaned. Worst of all, I saw one of the cleaning staff use the face towel to clean the mirror, the bathroom sink and the toilet bowl. It was disgusting that I almost puked. I had my doubts and never touched the face towel. I used only tissues and my suspicion turned out right. If you care about hygiene and your health, then NEVER stay in this hotel. Only Deepak from the reception, seemed professional. The rest were not at all friendly and least bothered. Nobody had the courtesy to greet the customers. They were all too keen to either get a tip or were more interested in watching something on their mobile phones, as guests walked by. Most of the hotels close by were either exorbitantly overpriced or were not available (due to Christmas and New Year). I ended up booking in this hotel after watching some review of youtube and expected it to be good, being in high-tech city. Boy! was I in for a big shock and disappointment. The pictures on the net are so deceiving. Even the tea I ordered, was overpriced (Rs,55). The tea served at a small stall near the main road, was a million times better and costed less than half what the hotel charged. I felt sorry for the guests who I hosted. They came to Hyderabad for the first time and this was the kind of service they got. I stayed in so many hotels all over the world and in India and this hotel certainly takes the biscuit for the 'worst hotel I ever stayed'.

The breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel was disgusting, from the stained towels, to the dirty shower. The staff were also very bad. They only got our room cleaned at 8pm and they kept making excuses for why it was not done.

Didn’t accommodate our travel timings and had to pay way extra… Didn’t expect to pay so much just for a night for 3 people in 1 room.

Every thing. No good breakfast. No good beddings. No accessories

Food was very good.. But the washing area and kitchen area was not very clean

OVERALL 2 STAR hotel even though mentioned as 4 star !!

The room, service, and the food.

There were no snacks even coffee was not available in the afternoon. There was prior information on this. Considering we stayed here a year ago, its quality of service has deteriorated.

Fairly cheap, clean and staff were very helpful, breakfast was a little limited

I think hotel needs some modernization particularly bathroom and need to look at food intolerances on your menu as many western travellers have food intolerances

Hotel was not as per what was expected. there was no proper cleaning process they don't clean the room even if you inform them in the morning.

it was near to the HITEX that was one proper thing apart from that i didn't like anything at all.

Only locality is near to Hi Tech city main road

Liked the proximity of the property. Well connected with major tech park, it was a pleasant experience staying at MSquare.The property is maintained very neatly and the check-in experience was very smooth.

Breakfast could have been a little better in terms of taste and options.

The rooms were comfortable, all the amenities were present and the hotel is located in Hitex city. The restaurant downstairs was very good too.

I forgot my jumper while checking out. Hotel staff responsibly safe guarded the jumper and handed over to me for which I honestly appreciate everyone involved.

Perhaps parking is not very convenient while loading/unloading luggage from Taxi while going to Airport
