Centrally location....

Wash rooms, no napkin provision should be there there were no napkins

Strategically located, near to Railway station and metro

Out of our three nights stay, for first two days they served us used, dirty bathing towels. Until I took it up with the manager !

Breakfast was exceptionally good all days.Staff was professional as well as courteous.

Ambience, cleanliness, Room clean sheets towels, upkeep !

Nice breakfast with varieties of options in veg and nonveg. In house restaurant also serves tasty food. location is quite good near to metro station, Hussain Sagar, Birla Mandir, NTR garden is few mins drive. There is good travel desk; Shahbaz is polite and soft-spoken person to provide cab services.

There is bit of noise in room because of centralize AC; it must be fixed.

Location is Bad. Noisy property

Location. It's at main road junction, with heavy traffic from all sides, 24 Hrs. Plus there is metro rail just studying past. The rooms on the toad side are horribly noisy, you can't rest in the mornings or at night.

The breakfast is great. That is the only positive .

The room first provided was having mould damp smell and the room AC did not work . The reception staff is having zero knowledge about the rooms condition . Become sick immediateltly due to mould smell inhalation. Othe rroom provided having damp smell an dwater leak under the wash basin. Look like the Hotel proprieter / owner in not bothering about the condition of the Hotel or there is no feedback to him . I am sure the ratings will go down if they continue like what the present condition is .

Facility is good for family and Solo

TV channels very limited and useless. Not ready to provide extra NEWS , Movie, Entertainment channels

Cooperation I did not stay as I was told that my booking is not valid as they are already overbooked and I did not get to stay per my booking.Hugh disappointed. Even after my confirmation from booking.com they said they cannot accommodate me as they are overbooked

The room was a bit depressing no natural light coming in. Lights were harsh . The TV had no channels other than sports and news..

Relatively quiet

We arrived early in the morning and the reception was not cordial. There is a big difference in quality between floors. The next day, everything was settled.

Nice hotel at the heart of city.Nearby metro and easy connectivity

Its not easy to locate hotel on maps and very less details on public.Could not even find the contact details in google.

It was clean, good room, some of the staff was Nice,

Booked for 3 People and there wasnt three beds in the rooms. We arrived at 4am so we expected to be able to sleep quickly. Checkin was quite slow and their payment machine didnt work. Most of our credit cards didnt not work despite them working fine elsewhere. Trafic is very lourd through the Windows.

Good cleanliness, excellent location and good facilities. Casa restaurant of this hotel is a very good.

No major ones.. shower unit not operating for sometime.

Good layout but non veg limited to eggs and occasional chicken salad

Convenient location . Very centrally located with access to all areas. close to Metro . Room was comfortable . Reasonably priced .

Room 1409 . Water logging in the Shower area. Shower unit seems to have gone defective - Shower and tap flowing at same time. Electronic safe not working .

Location and friendly staff (except the lady who took Order at around 9:30 PM from Rom no.1411)
