Nothing, false advertising. First he said he can’t give the breakfast which was included in the package. Next he doesn’t understand the concept of international ID.

Waste of money and parking is verybad it’s not accessible

I have booked it room 2700 and I check in early at 12 pm they charged me 600 rupees and I have one visitor for business meeting and they did not allow me inside and charged 1700 rupees again. Over worse’s experience I have ever faced .. not recommend at all. In fact it’s a zero star rating hotel

Good service, very clean, the workers were very nice and willing to assist you in any kind of way, its very near with all essential services you need and also its near the metro station

Very happy with experience at Lemonridge Hotel. Staff was kind and friendly. Restaurant food is good and they customise it for you too if any minor details is mentioned like less spice etc.

The price of the room is more than the size of the room. The hotel is not for family of 4.

Room was very small and not worth the price. The towels given were dirty. I asked for an extra towel but they did not provided.

The staff was friendly, helpful and flexible. The room and bathroom were clean. The prices were reasonable too.

There is no table to work from and some of the rooms have toilets that are attached much higher up the wall than usual. When you do ask and if there are rooms available they are willing to switch you at least. The rooms also smelled like lemon scent on the first day, it was better the following day after notifying them. The rooms were also very small

I booked for three days from booking.com but I only satyed one day and was checking out. They told after I paid the advance It will not be retunred. Even before I told to stay for one day only.

It is like pure business no ethics. I blocked for 3 days but only staying 1 day. They took advance for 3 days and after payment they told it will not be refunded even I stay only 1 day.

Using clothes need to replace once it get older but there I felt gaps,Food to be cover in buffet system due to open spaces insert roaming, Food become freezing..

You should think of keeping out such hotels out of your perview who do not honour the commitment.

We recd a mail from your end regarding our request to prepone our check-in without any charges. However hotel reception staff refuse to accept that mail and adked us to pay Rs.1000 plus GST for early check-in. He refuse to take me to his senior and behaved rude.
