Location and staff are good

Ac was not working in my room and the window was not open it is sealed a bit suffocating

Place was clean and comfortable.

Not having smart TV and set-top box was not even paid for all channels, only few hindi channels were there that's it. No service boy available.Can improve breakfast items.Mini Fridge was not cooling things.Wash basin was clogging. Inspite of informing staff no action was taken.

Staff members are good, and polite. Rooms are very clean.

Parking. Worst parking ever I seen.

I had a wonderful experience at Blooms Hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. Every member of the staff, including the security team, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I genuinely love this property and will definitely choose Blooms again in the future. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was perfect! From the cleanliness to the service, every detail was spot on. The entire experience was awesome and truly exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

It was good

We requested for 1 hour late checkout when we checked in he said ok but while checking he was continuously calling for checkout

Everything is well planned and easy to access as should be in a business hotel. Fairly central location with good restaurants and malls nearby.

Basic stuff like hairdryers were not available in the room. We had to request it.They had a weird restriction that visitors are not allowed in the rooms this was not stated in the hotel policy on booking.com.There were some old and damaged air-conditioning control boards in the room. These were not removed.View outside is terrible.

The location

The rooms weren't clean, washroom was stinking felt like there was a layer of phenyl on top of stinking floors. Room had a weird smell. The buffet cold coffee jar had fungus on it. I have stayed other bloom hotels this was an insult to the brand. The staff is non responsive. The door man is never available to open the door but was available to come ask for tips at my time of leaving.

I liked the aesthetic of the place and the room and how the staffs are very accommodating and helpful.

The toilet has issue with the drainage of water on the floor

The room size is decent ,when compared to similarly priced competitor. The location is decent if one has work in nearby 5km radius.

The room furniture,furbishing, sanitory fittings is worn out. More then the actual age of the establishment.This points towards upkeep and maintainance. It also says that the place must be highly occupied.My ID (adhar card) taken for fotocopying was left at the desk while checking-in. Though it was the same staff while checking out there was no note/update at the desk about an I.d. That something as important as Adhar Card.This does happen at many other places;But they instantly make a point a to send it to the room OR give it back at the desk.No one seems to be bothered about this at the desk. Speaks very poor about the senior managements attention.I had to make a call and inform the front desk about the incident. Even then it took them a day to come back and confirm.Finally I had tough time to arrange a person locally to pick-up and get it couriered to me.

Nothing is important

Helpful reception staff. Lady personally rushed to the pharmacy to help with my daughter's fever, in early hours of the day. The gentleman who helped with reservations was also very considerate. Room service was impeccable. Whatever asked for, was given without questioning why. Room was very spacious. Budget hotel. Highly recommend.

The service staff are brilliant. The automation of the customer's needs is good like getting wifi, slippers, hair dryer etc.

This is not at all a stay worth 4k. Breakfast was way below par. The number of items is limited. This feels like 2.5k stay..

No water for over 2 hours, staff attitude very casual towards the issue.Our bodies were itching, the sheets probably weren't good

One worse service. Even though we paid for 2 days we are NOT able to get towels and toilet kits . Their Room telephone is not working, die t mobile No answer/ No response. Not worth to stay

Love the overall cleanliness of the room, and the refreshing colours with in the hotel give you warm welcome

Parking is a bit off the hook, better to park outside.

The facilities provided were not upto the mark, the room is pretty conjusted, no ventilation in the room, AC controlling switch was damaged.

The spacious room

We checked in late at night at 1:00 am. Because of which we checked out at 12:00 noon they charged us extra for it which i found out to be a scam to get extra money.

The service exceeded my expectations !We had a great time there. Thank you ?

The a la carte food was not that great, specially the soup! Breakfast was really good though!
