The stay was good breakfast is good the staff was available to help as any time overall it was a good experience I would to stay at landmark hotel again

Kept finding cockroaches hopping around which caused me distress. Also breakfast option was not very good either.

This is not a hotel. This is a common ordinary room. No windows in room 506. The worst experience of my life. They don’t have laundry facilities. They are using the same old used bedsheets and pillowcases. Bed is very big but no big bedsheets. Full of mosquito and they have made tricks in the mosquito repellent machine to save the consumption. Ridiculous. Staffs are very unprofessional and ill behaved. Receptionist has no idea about the hotel. He gave us a key of already occupied room. We found, cleaning staff mafia. As if they are running the show. There is no restaurant facilities. Toilet is the dirtiest place. All toiletries are used and all coffee desk materials are old and used. This is a dharma shala.

Room is generous size including with sofa and table, plus has TV and wifi

Surprisingly clean on a quiet(ish) street in a very nice neighborhood.Advertised as a "business" hotel and the facilities and staff efficiency supports that.

Did not try the restaurant for breakfast, referred to a very nice Indian buffet restaurant within walking distance.

The location was calm & quiet .Rooms were neat & clean. Nice place to work from home or hotel. But the wifi was fluctuating , the internet was getting disconnected several times.

The AC was not working ,both days I spent with the fan only. The technical staff comes check & go , there are no trained staff to check. There is no switch for AC in the room.direct connect with reception. Even the TV was not working due to the internet. Not worth paying high prices for a room , when TV & AC are not working in the summer season. And too far from the Bus stop auto takes 300/-. 9 km.

It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but l wouldn't even give it one star. It was dirty. The reception was unfriendly. Sheets were dirty. Everything was just disgusting. Breakfast was terrible. I will never recommended this hotel

Location is good and space inside the room was good

Room situation was pathetic, broker lock on the main door, no lock on the bathroom. Our 3 nights they have not changed the towels , not cleaned at all. Bed was substandard quality. Very small lift.

I booked family room. Room size was sufficient. Bathroom size was also sufficient however layout could be made better. A sofa was provided with table which was good. However a plastic chair was provided giving a cheap hotel look. A better wooden chair could be provided giving it a better look as space is sufficient. Room no was 509Most importantly, this hotel is part of a residential building with 1st 2 floor as residential area and other 3 floors as hotel.

Toiletries provided were not as a standard hotel practice, only a soap with shampoo was provided. Could be better by fitting the soap dispensers. Body wash and other items. No place for soap. No place for toothpaste toothbrush etc.I found cleanliness a issue. Walls were stained, electrical fittings could be better but not bad. One of the pain point was the vibration and sound of AC fitted in the room. It was so noisy and vibration could be felt on bed also. Difficult to sleep.Room had windows but they were shut with a wall behind.A lot of improvement can make the hotel better for pleasant stay.

Family rooms should need more improvements inside as per the cost your charging. Like floor mat for bed, fridge, at least 1L water bottle, good fragrance in the room etc

Just area is good, but cost is not reasonable as per the service what they are providing.

Location is good. Very approachable. Hotel maintains good cleanliness. Staff is polite and responsive.

The absence of a restaurant is a minus for an otherwise good value for money property.

First the reception said, there's no loundry service available. After a while there was a lady who would do it. The return was anounced for the next morning, but was suspended again and again. Finally got all back in the evening, but one white shirt has become rose

The property is good but they provide me the another small room but I booked another room. When I asked for the big room they told me that I have booked a small room & when I asked to change the room then they asked for 1000 Rs extra & I pay 500 then he changed my room

Not satisfied. The staff tried their best but because they don’t have an in-house restaurant they get it from another property.

No In house restaurant . Staff though were cooperative but not well qualified and trained . Wash room and wash basin size is too small for comfort. The staff told to pay at check in only(the reason given was not acceptable- “yours is a booking from app”)

Just keep staff more. Just resolve solution as soon as possible

I was checked in the late night at 2 o'clock so I have ask to check out at 1:00 p.m. they were not ok with that I have checkout by 12:30 they have been telling that check out by 12...

Location and hotel were good. Felt very safe and comfortable. The room was spacious with three windows. Everything was great really

The staff communication could have been better. Not very friendly and they never smiled
