Full payment before entering room. TV operational problem not resolved but asked for Room change , if TV to be watched

The location is pretty good and easily accessible. It has nearby food options!The staff was pretty good, Rest all was good!

The room was not that clean, I did ask the staff to clean it and they did but it can be better. Hotel did not allow any visitors inside my room, my friend was there to meet me but they refused to let him inside my room so that was a turn off for me.

No lift till the reception. Have to climb the stairs. Dirty room. Non working AC and lights. Cockroaches in the room and dirty old linen.

My room was not clean curtains and bedsheet was not clean but later they clesned it and changed the room as well , staff were very helpful.

Hotel has sun terrace enjoyed the view from there , room was ok ok breakfast was good.

They said my reservation doesnt exist even though I had it confirmed in booking and then on top of it said, as a foreigner I can’t stay there when I proved the reservation is valid.

I booked this hotel last minute and I love the ambience and the staff food was amazing over all my experience was good I liked my trip here

The rooms are very clean and hygienic. Staff members are so polite and helpful. The room service and food was also good.

My stay at this Hotel was a memorable one. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Hyderabad. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next trip

Cleanliness, no facilities in room like complementary coffee , sugar, milk whitener, cups, stirrers etc etc

Location was good. The employees were fine.

I had poroblem with overall cleanliness of the property. The bathrooms and its accessories , floor , wc , basin was not clean. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets looks to old and shabby.

The bed spreads were old with no freshness although was informed they were washed and cleaned. Internet did not work. Staff was good. Breakfast was just passable. Overall it was below value for the cost.

Difficult location, no lift upto first floor( difficult for people who cannot walk) , cold and unfriendly attitude of reception staff and poor quality of breakfast are a big negative of this place.
