Pros +
- Staff was friendly and helpful, Breakfast was terrible, Room was clean and nice and apart from soap no other bathroom amenities Location was good and Don't expect anyone to carry your bags
- Room size was good. All the equipments were working and in good condition. Food was good. Location was near Apollo hospital.
- Breakfast was delicious. Very convenient to walk from here to Apollo hospital.
Cons -
- Receptionist was a bit rude. He was not co-operative at all. Whatever request we made without even thinking he was straightaway saying No.
- Hotel is not instantly visible from outside, but this isn't a problem.
- The security system allowing any person to enter the hotel should be reviewed and corrected as families, we were feeling a bit insecure. Billing advises were not up to the mark. In addition, the Hotel forced us to pay advance though the booking allowed us to pay at the hotel after check in. Furthermore, though check-out was requested 12 hours in advance, the bills were not provided to ascertain whether all expenses charges were correct.
