I had booked the hotel on booking.com,Not a Hostel,First of all, this is not a hotel at all,Actually this is a hostel, There is food only for the people staying in hostel but no facilities are provided for staying in hotel Guest, He can't even buy it.There is no food Restaurant of any kind nearby. First you have to book a car, then you have to go to eat. I would like to thank Zomato otherwise I would have remained hungry.2nd ...No Room service here, 3rd ...There is no intercom to talk to the reception,4th... You can't sleep because The voices of boys and girls keep coming throughout the night.5th...The ground floor is completely occupied by motorcycle and scooters. You can't stand down comfortably.6th... if it is a hostel and you have hostel rooms, then you should not charge any guest as much money as the hotel by telling them that it is a hotel.***I have been traveling within India and abroad through booking.com for many years. Today I have made such a comment for the first time.

They didn't recharge Cable so no use of having TV.Bathroom was not regularly cleaned. They didn't replace water bottlea regularly. Some cockroaches inside the room.Bathroom smelling bad.

Nothing At all

The hotel is a shared PG and location is quiet congested with bad roads. The check in itself took more than half an hour. Only two bottles of watre were given and rest had to be pruchased at 20rs for 500 ml of bottled water. Being in a corner the network reception was extrmely poor and had to depend on a WIFI connection provided by the hotel which again was extremely slow.Since they did not have a resturant or basic stuff like tea coffee we had to go outside for such basic ameneties.I regret booking this property but I was in a hurry. Next time I will do my research before booking.

room was good

it was hostel not hotel.internet was not workingstaff was not helpful

Location of the premises was good, but without an approach road. Breakfast was very basic. The room was cleaned and the water bottles replaced, along with towels.

Breakfast could have been better. There is no proper connectivity to the property. The bathroom could have been better planned with wet and dry areas. The pillows are a real pain. They need immediate replacement.

No breakfast

They are unprofessional, filthy environment, very poor service.

Disappointing

toilet fixtures were bad, it was a pg type place. Breakfast with no spoon served at room no buffet. Breakfast was small portion.

Maintain staff to resolve the customer issues in room.

I really disappointed with the Break Fast which is complimentary and there is no person for resolve issue. Only Security guard is there and he spent know the things to resolve the issues.

Space, Ambience

Breakfast served in rooms and no facility of food in the night

Staff and room were good

No mobile network and poor location

More english speaking, workers not mindful of silence, u can hear the chatting and laughing its a co- living so there are students or other people. First day they opened our room even we are inside was so traumatic! It happend at night time first day of arrival in hyderabad the reason was it was so silent inside how do u epect us from 4 hours travel to be noisy and enjoying. How come they dont know which room is occupied and vacant???. But after complaining it didnt happen again. Thanks to prabath for helping us in our stay!

Location was good. You can get transport easily.Swiggy/Zomato delivery was quick and has nearby restaurants as well

The exact location is a bit inside and it gets filled with water if it rainsThe breakfast will be delivered at your room in the morning and that too in fixed quantity. There is no concept of restaurantYou need to tell staff about the towel replacement, mosquito, odonil, toiletries etc.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Facility is clean and new, rooms were clean, value for money

Internet on WIFI was very slow, breakfast was not that good and location is bit inside no easy access to road

fast checkin.

The property is not located nearby road. it is quite inside and the road towards it is muddy. there is no network at all in the property and we have to rely on wifi provided by the property. the property is built on hostel / pg accommodation and was not that clean.

I would never wish to visit your hotel again

The room is completely in Cigarate smoke and i hate smoking.. Literally my dress gave the same smell till evening its the disgusting feeling i had ever faced
