Expected more money then showed in app worst experience and bad response from staff whenever I called for water they responded after three hours worst choosing this hotel

Nothing, it was a horrible property

Everything, there was nothing to like about the property - AC was not working, it was not cooling the room- TV remote does not have batteries, every time I need to call reception to turn on the tv and they took around 30 mins to 1hr to come - there are Cockroaches in the room and bathrooms - Cupboard did not have lock, I had to take laptop and documents with me while going out - I had to ask for water bottle and towel then they gave it, they did not keep it in the room while cleaning / setting up the room - Water bottle was filled with the water from a container, it was not a sealed bottle, not sure which water they used to fill it - They took additional money while checking in (699 rs extra)- Suddenly in the night time (around 11:00-11:30 pm) water stopped in the bath room, got to know the pipeline was broken- This is not a hotel, they used the rooms in the flat and convert them into hotel rooms - There was no night lamp so I had to keep the tube light turn on entire night- Mirror in the room is broken- It’s not at all like images given in the app- They do not have soap shampoo, they have a body wash / hair gel dispenser but with that gel I could barely wash my hand, how can someone take a bath.- Hand spray of commode was broken and water was dripping from it, the stand to hang it was also broken

I am not satisfied with the booking.com incompetence wherein the booking was reflected at Rs 15K + for a 2 days stay at property when I initially booked at on Rs 2K.

They gave used bedsheets. Dirty rooms,the room boys service is not available. This property is not for family. Illegal things are going on hear.even though I paid full amount as per my bookings. They collected 2500/= extra.

He is simply selling rooms offline only even though we booked room via online , while visiting the place he asked me to check with customer care team.

Room timings not good. I check in 23:00 & they called me 11:00 for check out. It's not fare.

They charged more than the amount specified in app and they tampered the booking from app side and showed me more amount.

The hotel staff told that the property is sold out so there is no hotel,i was completely clueless where I have to go in the mid night.Its completely phatetic.

The staff was rude and did not give the correct information of the bookingThey did not accept the booking done from the booking.com and charged extra money as they will not accept the booking.com bookings.Staff did not accept the booking at all.Charged extra for the booking and for an hour late check out

Forced Robbery

Staff didn't have knowledge about payment methods. I was made to pay more amount i.e. 1800 approximately than the confirmation received from booking.com. I had to pay as I wasn't keeping well and it wasn't physically possible to search another hotel. Upon departure they were not even ready to give invoice. The property manager was way too rude in his way of dealing.My booking confirmation says 3200+ tax which was approximately 3600 but the hotel made me pay 5866 in total... Very badly maintained.Dirty stained walls,torn curtains not a good hotel very disappointed

The only single thing I liked about the property is that the bathrooms were clean.

To start with there are blood stains on the blanket and pillows too. And the person in reception area will automatically disappear at certain times at night. The worst part is they don’t even have a security guard, so no one cares who get in and get out. On my 3rd day at the hotel, while I was going out to attend my exam the receptionist asked my key saying there is a water problem in my room and then those people changed my room to a smaller room without my concern!. They did not even cared to inform me while changing all my belongings to a whole other room!!!. I don’t think anything else can be worst than that. so I advise each and everyone who is planning on staying at this hotel kindly don’t go for it. Anything can happen at this hotel, it’s just not safe here!.

Bathroom was neat n cleanRooms were cleaned daily.

Linens were dirty and unclean n torn, despite multiple requests no improvement.Fan was making too much of noise again till last day it was not fixed. TV was not working, everytime u tell reception they wud just assure but wud never fix. Food was pathetic except for rice either they wud put lot of oil and also too much of chillies. Again even after requesting multiple times it was of no use. Overall pathetic service. I recommend Booking. Com shud not allow such pathetic oyo hotels without proper verification...
