*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service*I would not recommend this hotel for families. Our experience was subpar due to several issues. The hotel staff failed to change the blankets and pillowcases regularly, and the bathrooms had a persistent unpleasant odor. We also found stains on the blankets and bedsheets. To make matters worse, when the electricity was out, the generators kicked in, but the AC and water heaters didn't work, forcing us to take a cold shower at 4 AM. The entire exterior of the hotel also smelled of cigarette smoke.Furthermore, I booked through booking.com, and your customer care service was unhelpful if I remember correctly his name is Garvit Varma . After explaining the above issues, they insisted I either stay at the hotel or cancel my booking and lose 80% of my total payment. This was unacceptable. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and the poor customer service only added to our frustration. I would advise others to consider alternative options.

A wonderful place to visit with knowledgeable staff. There was a large parking lot, working wifi, and tidy, clean rooms. Everything is set up.

We got a big, well-ventilated room for a fairly affordable price.

Lovely, comfortable space. The recently renovated bathroom was perfect, and the bed was cozy.

Visited this place with my friends gang for a stay one day. The receptionist is very unprofessional. He doesn't know how to communicate with guests.I have booked this property from booking.com and the receptionist charged 500/- extra on whatever it was showing in the app. Since it's midnight and we don't have the energy to argue we paid as all of us were feeling sleepy a lot. But this is very bad and management should seriously look into it.

The best place to stay they are very polite and respectful staff...they kept over all premises very clean. Clean Room and Bathroom. Good for every Traveler.

They made us pay 400 extra. Denied the amount showed in my booking. I was soo tired and I just paid it off. But this is a total ripoff from the guests

The fact that I made a booking and it didn’t even matter.

Staff or counter is very dirty he have no talking manner to customers, there is a theft hotel. Cleaning facilities is zero.

Booking.com has given a deal on this hotel it’s 650 /- a room for night … but the hotel does not allow it and charge extra as minimum charge has to be paid @1200/- per night … if not call the Coustomer service of booking.com or else cancel ur stay by paying minimum… this is unfair… look into this Booking.com

Disappointing

Oyo scammed us It displayed the price of room to be ₹3047 but when we reached there ,we had to pay ₹6000 in total..Never gonna use Oyo again

The hotel is good for the price.

The hotel seems to be not registered with tax, yet collecting tax and not providing legal/casual invoice. The staff at reception is very rude on requesting tax invoice or payment receipt.Not safe for women travellers.Looks to be a den for unmarried couple's.
