No breakfast at all, overall Feedback is really disappointing. No Solar / Geyser hot water, I have given the Electric Rod .... never expected such experience. Will not at all recommend to anyone.

The hotel cancelled my booking abruptly...I had come in from Kerala...I was stranded without a hotel at 10.30 at night....I had even asked them if I should pay the amount when I called them to confirm the booking but they said no so they could over charge me when I came...I was even ready to over pay but then I didn't even get a room

Check-in was smooth, stay was comfortable, staff was very friendly Room was perfect and spacious, bed extremely comfortable, staff were super-helpful.

clean rooms and toilet. staff was very polite and cooperative Good value for the money. Lovely hotel and staff. Room was neat and clean as well as bathroom with all necessary essentials.

The place was decent. Staff members were good and cooperative. Property was neat and clean. Staff was cordial, check in/out was smooth. Clean rooms and good service. Awesome hospitality. Overall we had a happy stay.

The hotel had a great ambiance, the room was clean. The food was also good and the staff was super helpful. Room was good and manager was so corporative.

We requested the hotel for an early checkin and they were happy to oblige. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good and the staff was very polite.

There was no breakfast. Bed had Bed Bug. Charged Rs. 300 higher as they do not agree with Booking.com agreed price.SEND ME THE INVOICE. NO INVOICE GIVEN. I was told Invoice will be sent on mail by booking.com.

Property photos are deceptive. Rooms are dull with an unbearable smell, lacks proper entrance

Totally unprofessional businesses doing by this hotel guys..based on app we have paid amount. But This guy collecting money again from us .9/11/2022 i paid 904 /- and 10/11/22 i paid 400 /-After paying showing app paid .

No free breakfast. Requests like hot water kettle won't be met. Electricity cut without backup. Payment asked on first day.

Location , because food joints downstairs. ATM, multiplex side by , shopping complex, doctor clinic around, ample parking , room size was excellent.

The cleanliness, no direct hot water supply, cigarette smoky and stinky room. Lift was like a hell, full of rodents and mosquitoes, towels on demand, toiletry/ soaps on demand, room freshened on demand, AC remote on demand, TV channel not working .

Staff, well there is only one person because only 1 or 2 rooms are booked but he took care of all our needs. Room is very big.

No smoking, no drinking, ambience of common space very bad and especially reception looks 100 yrs old.
