Room was smelly Lights were very dimNo fresh air possible To get your room cleaned you need to be in it. As they claim they don’t have spare room key. Hence my room was not cleaned for once during my stay of 4 days. The issue was because they didn’t mention this. Another thing they did not mention was that only two small bottles were allowed per day free with room. Rest are chargeable. During my stay I asked for some water bottles and they were charged during checkout without any prior intimation

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortabel and the amenities were great.

For the price the room was very spacious and fully cleaned. The property itself was also pretty good with decorated lobby and floors. The bathroom, bed, etc. pretty good for the price. Most importantly location was superb.

If you have even 2-3 friends in the room during the day for just couple of hours the staff will ask them to leave.

Unprofessional behaviour from OYO

I have heard OYO hotels are charging extra amount offline, and if customer denies stating that they booked it through online, they will say that the rooms are unavailable.They didn’t even respond to phone calls, whether the room is available.Very worst experience, especially when visiting a new city with family.

Comfortable bed. The stay was lovely. Great hotel. Thanks for everything. The staff was very supportive. well trained staff, so clean and hygiene. Comfortable and hygienic stay.

Very poor Wi-Fi. No normal drinking water in hotel. Hotel sold water Rs.5 from the MRP price which is not legal.

There was NO breakfast at the hotel. And the places around the hotel don't have any good breakfast options either.

Poor management. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel tries to charge you extra. It's not all wrong, so be cautious. The room was full of mosquitoes and dirty bed, chairs and other things.

despite of confirmed booking, they denied me the room. reason was very clear - gaps between hotel management and Bookings.com. As they did not want to pay booking.com's share, Hotel team intended to show it as "no show" and insisted me to do fresh booking with them. Just imagine you arrive very early morning after overnight journey, and you are being denied the room despite confirmed booking. don't know whom to blame, booking.com or hotel itself.....?
