The staff are courteous and helpful. Chill Restaurant has great food. The spread for Breakfast and lunch/dinner (especially Sunday Brunch) is large, varied, and delicious. In room dining was equally good. The hotel car for 8 hours booking (4k+taxes) is a good option to move around or tour the city.Spa was good so were its staff.

The room was big, uncarpeted, and cold. It was not cosy at all. The curtains were not very clean. It is clearly old infrastructure with few electrical connections and no USB-C type port. The toiletries were always insufficient, and we had to call housekeeping many times. Even as basic as slippers were not provided for a very cold floor. No robes were provided at all. Their housekeeping service needs an upgrade.The swimming pool is an afterthought. It's relatively small so that it can get crowded. If you have two key cards for the door, they must be activated simultaneously by the reception staff. Otherwise, one will always stop working, and you will have to come all the way down to activate the other. During my 3-day stay, I came down twice to activate the key card after reaching the room. They need to upgrade their software.

Reception need to improve in their customer service mindset. Inspite of multipleTimes informed and acknowledged about the stay extension but blocking room access after 3pm is rude and made my family to stand out of the room for 10 minutes. No apologies for this also.Later informed the about this during checkout, bare smile received from the receptionist.While one receptionist helping for checkout and he got a call and simply asking me to go other receptionist. Try to avoid phone attending one customer.

The reception staff, especially the guy with glasses, had a poor attitude. He wasn’t polite or welcoming. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the price.

Liked everything

Room was very nice. Everything was modern and clean. There were good, responsive services like housekeeping (Rahul, Kashif) and in-room dining. I accidentally overpaid for a meal once, and they made a point of coming back to give me my change.

The laundry services were over-the-top expensive, so we had to opt out of that. Also, there was a very strange odor in the hallways--either a fragrance being used, or a mosquito repellent. It was incredibly harsh. I can't imagine how people with sensitivities to smells would be able to tolerate it.

There are not good options for meetings, also few restaurants. Less food options, limited menu.

It’s very nice building and near to my exam center.

There is blo*d stain in the toilet bowl. Liquid soap is not refilled. Dirt under the bed. No halal food for muslims.

A quiet and peaceful getaway with family and friends, with great access to major city attractions being a quick ride away. The courtesy and hospitality of the staff was amazing.

I was not pleased with the way the reception staff treated me upon my arrival and when a visitor came to see me. Their behavior was disrespectful. However, the rest of the staff, including the doormen and the cleaning team, were respectful, and I thank them for that.

We like breakfast.

Hotel infrastructure is very weak like for example the chill restaurant is on ground floor so disturbing even though food is good but ambience is a bit low graded. And. The immediate entrance have got sitting over the height of 2 feet and there is a small waterfall and water fountain. It’s good but not cozy place because if you are bored in a hotel room if you want to go down, it’s not OK.

Unfulfilled Requests: Despite my prior request for an additional bed/mattress (as I drove from Bangalore alone with my kids), no arrangements were made. This lack of attention to basic comfort was unacceptable.Exorbitant Pricing & Slow Service: Ordering simple items like French fries (priced at ₹400–500+) took over an hour, leaving my hungry children waiting unnecessarily. For such steep prices, prompt service should be guaranteed.Subpar Breakfast Quality: The breakfast spread was more for "show" than taste—food lacked flavor and freshness, making it a disappointing start to the day.The room showing at time of booking using website (booking.com) is entirely different in actual one
